   I have several friends who never lie about their marital status and a few who mostly lie about their marital status. According to me, people do this just because they want to flirt. There is no benefit of lying about marital status on a career standpoint. There is no use of lying for any other thing but yes, if a man will lie that he is a bachelor, then he will be able to find a girl really fast. The majority of these type of people is growing at a rapid pace in the society, some married people are using these tactics for sex and money but this is not a good thing because when a person will get to know about your marital status, you will not be able to handle the situation, as this will not only disturb your personal life but also your family life, especially marital life.

      As a woman, this is terrible that men lie just for sex! I am horrified about our society and the world of deceit. Most women want an honest man above all else, but it seems these men don't care about who they hurt, as long as they get what they want!

   To get  a chance again to have fun or flirt a women.Men hide their marital status as they know it is always better for them to get a company of girls/women and chance to mix up with  them for finding an opportunity to have a pleasure of lust.  This is a bitter truth which every man would like to avoid sharing his feelings on this particular issue.

   It is very common to hide the marital status of one self in many dating sites or when you are in the online world. Nevertheless the truth does come out and if you are serious about any relationship it is going to suck. If you are true and the other is not fair about his marital status then it never works.
   
   Deception of any kind is deception, personally for me I never lie and expect honesty to be one of the top qualities I look for in another person.
