   You know your wife and I do not, but as a woman, I tell you,
   
   if it is going to presented to her in front of her friends........
   
   
   it better be GOOD!  This is not a time when you can get by with a token.....
   my hubby could get by with extended mirrors for my truck, but not most men.....

   I think if she is with her friends it would be best to send something they could all enjoy. This way you are not only gaining brownie points with her but her friends as well. I suggest a really good romance or romantic comedy.
   
   You could make it really special and mysterious. Send a letter sealed with wax. In the letter put nothing more than a clue as to where she can find the real gift and give her and her friends a mystery to solve.
   
   Depending on how many friends and how much money you are willing to spend you could send them all to a spa. Sometimes a day like this could call for solitude but my guess is she would enjoy it just the same with a good group of friends.

   Make her a gorgeous gift basket overflowing with delicious gourmet food gifts that she can share with her friends. Add a selection of cheeses, gourmet crackers, nuts, relishes, handmade chocolates and a couple of bottles of wine or champagne. Make it even more memorable by adding a romantic love poem or gift card with a special love message that she gets to read out loud!

   Paul - I would do a combination of something to share and something personal, like a tennis bracelet wrapped around the neck of a magnum of champagne. The options are many and varies but will have the share and the wow factor both. Do Enjoy!
