Pistachio. First tasted near the Merry Go Round in Coney Island at 5. Traced all over the world for 60 years. Best match in Barcelona. Two blocks from Gaudi’s La Pedrera on Barcelona’s Passig de Gracia is a corner ice cream parlor that, hands down won me over. After years of search, I rediscovered there the absolute Pistachio of my childhood memories. Chuck filled with pistachio nuts and with a taste so perfect it brought me to tears of joy. If you’re ever there, don’t miss out. But beware, it will ruin every concept you ever had about P I S T A C H I O.

Vanilla chocolate ripple or tiramisu'. You can add a bit of espresso coffee in it and made the "Affogato". Tried it out. It is delicious especially after a meal as dessert.

I love chocolate chip.  Coffee is yummy too.  The other day, I discovered Edy's Mudpie - with coffee, caramel, and chocolate cookie crumbles.
