How do you know your "god" is real?
To be honest, Christianity is just as unrealistic as Hinduism &

Islam and all those other religions.
So what makes Christianity that much different? It preaches hatred just like Islam. If it didn't, then we wouldn't have gay-bashing, killing others because of their religion, etc.
The Bible promotes slavery and women not having rights.
So we are all going to hell for that.
Also, the Bible says "Thou shalt not kill God's children" and that "everyone is a child of God"
So basically the military is going to hell if they have killed someone, and everyone who has hated/killed another person for not being like them is going to Hell.
    What is the point?

Being to Analytical about things can create confusion among religions. You are right to an extent. I'm sure you are aware of Jesus dieing for our sins so because on murders does not make them automatically go to hell if forgiven. I ask before you make a serious judgment on anything that you study Jesus Christ and the other religions.

Thank you for your question, I respect that you have just curiosity towards religion i think that will get you far in the future.

True Christians know that Jesus is "true" because unlike false prophets like Mohammad, His prophecies have and still are coming true including and especially this one which explains why the authors of the New Testament were able to record the exact words that Jesus spoke even decades after He was murdered:

    John 14:26

26 But the Holy Spirit will come and help  you, because the Father will send the Spirit to take my place. The Spirit will teach you everything and will remind you of what I said while I was with you.

Jesus did NOT teach His followers to engage in hatred and warfare. To the contrary,Jesus The Prince of Peace, taught His followers the only permanent solution for terrorism:

    Matthew 5:44

But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.

War,hatred and retaliation are acts of blasphemy  that have been  carried out by make-believe Christians who will not receive salvation unless they admit their horrendous sins, totally change their behavior and then and only then obtain God's forgiveness.

The point of Christianity is to teach people how to live in peace and love with themselves, with others and with God in order to create an eternal life

PLEASE DO NOT ACCUSE JESUS OF BEING A LIAR BECAUSE SO MANY DENY HIM WITH THEIR SIN!

Fail to see the logic, which is ironic, in that you choose to refer to yourself under its banner.
    1) He made the claim that He is God (The difference)
    2) Because we fail Him, does not dismiss His existence
    3) Slavery and womens rights? Obviously, you have not read the words of Jesus concerning either so I will quote only one idea which negates your assertion. "Love one another as Christ loved the church" (that includes women).
    4) Thou shall not kill, makes reference to murder
    5) God sends no one to hell. He says that you may choose to spend eternity with Him. If you don't want to, He will not force you to. Unfortunately, the only place which will be left is hell.

There is only one 'God' and all other excess are only inventions and imaginations.God has given you grey matter why don't you reason it out.

If you don't the creation will declare the glory of God and His existence.(Psalm 19).

I definitely do not think religions are comparable.  God is God. He is not Buddha. He is not Allah.  For that reason alone, all religions are not the same.

For many who follow the Koran, they believe all who are not Muslim should be murdered. Christians do not believe that all who are not Christians should be murdered but SAVED.  TRUE Christians do not gay-bash, they merely use Christianity to defend their cause. Like the ones who killed Native Americans in the name of "God" and like the ones who protest funerals. They are serving their own doctrine so please do lump us all together.

I differ with your view on women as well.  Ephesians 5 for example, is the marriage chapter. There you will find "Husbands love your wives as Christ loves the Church and gave Himself for it"  That means, to qualify as a good husband, you must be willing to lay your life down for your wife.

Further, you are quoting a commandment. God knew we could not keep them so He decided to send His son, a sacrifice that ends works for salvation and begins grace for our salvation (with works).  War is most usually self-defense. Is it not?  We are qualified as Christians to defend our Country and our Faith and enforce our laws of the land.  Paul killed many Christians before he came to know the Lord and then he changed. Many of God's chosen were evil before they knew Him.

Also, the Bible promises that the prophets within our 100 percent accurate and all others are false. The Bible has proved itself over and over.  "The rocks and stones will cry out" He says for those who refuse to believe and we see archaeological finds do prove the Bible.

And one last comment, if you want to know if He is real, ask Him to show Himself to you. He will.

It's a great question and you were brave to ask it.
