Why do people use the criticism of religious books and rituals as a negation of existence of God?
Using the criticism of religious books and rituals to negate the existence of God seems very naive to me. If God as a basic definition is an eternal being is he not above these instruments that humans have created to describe and worship him? While people have all right to criticize these instruments, errors or fallacies in these do not by anyway imply that there is no God. (I am putting an unbiased Agnostic view here) what do you think?
Yes i agree with you, people would go the any extent to find or get any medium that would disapprove of God's existance. Instead of taking the shorter route and seeing, feeling a higher power and knowing just by certain things around us.
It bothers me at times to know that ATHIEST don't believe in God well that's fine with me can't force them. Then why do they challenge other people's belief by writing some filth to persuade believers differently?
It's just like what they say the christians do brain wash people with the BIBLE etc and they in return are trying to brain wash. What's the point ATHEIST?
Is it that you know deep down inside that there is a GOD but your conscience just brush it aside. You don't want to gave an account to anyone higher. It's all self and pride
If you can convince a new christian, or someone seeking to know God by attacking their book their Bible or what ever the book and by attacking the spiritual religious rituals they are or have begun to follow that these are wrong or lies, you can destroy their faith and belief. This only works with newly converted or those seeking to follow in a religion.
It's a pretty good start since they are so full of contradictions and horrors...
and there is no basis to prove the existence of God so they are good targets.

Who can post the best argument about the existence or the non-existence of God and can support their answers using real logic? Don't use faith based logic when proving the existence of God.

Why do atheists spend so much time thinking and debating about God?I mean why spend time over something they say they do not believe exists?I don't believe in global warming, maybe a wrote a hub sometime explaining why, but then I moved on.Before I came to faith, I never gave God a thought, why...
