How do you choose what Hubs you read and what hubs you pass by?
Just curious what way people catch the hubs they read... I usually try to click through the latest ones posted and then read the ones with the most interesting titles? How do you do it?
If I see anything with an interesting title I usually read it. Usually I look at hubpage home page for suggested and new hubs and the rest are from the hubbers I follow on the daily email.
Aside from reading hubs from the people I follow, I usually look for topics that interest me.
Title has a lot to do with it. Sometimes an image, sometimes the hubber's name.
What keeps me reading is a good strong introduction
I'm easily turned off by spelling mistakes
i look at the title and decide if i have any interest in the subject. also certain hubbers ideas make no sense to me so i rarely if ever read their hubs.
I skip anything that's short i.e. less than 400 words and am not too interested in touchy feely stuff - but that's just me - the hub has to look as if the writer actually put a bit of effort into it and it might contain some useful information
It usually has to be something that crosses my eye as "Really?", or very seldom I'll know the answer and I want to appear smart. haha.
Big fan of catchy and interesting... not much into "product reviews" that are just designed for Adsense revenue.

Do you make a comment on every Hub you vote "up" after reading?I always do make a comment, even a short one, and just wondered if a lot of people read and vote without comment. Do you ever read and not vote? I have done that occasionally.

How do you provide comments on hubs? Do you write them immediately or come back after thinking? When I comment on hubs, I typically visit at least twice. The first time when I find it and decide I want to read it, and the second time when I leave a comment. I usually set aside a day to read many...

Do people really read the hubs of people they follow? Is it just me but I tend not to follow too many hubbers because I would never have time to write if I read all the hubs they submit. Perhaps I’m being naive here … but it seems disrespectful to follow them and then not read their work. Do people...

What makes you choose to follow another hubber?I have come across quite a few members on here who are following hundreds of other hubbers. I can only speak for myself, but I barely have enough time to write my own hubs, let alone time to read every hub that is published by all of the people that I...

Do you feel it's just plain rude for a hubber not to follow you back?
