Yes, I am sure they can, pets tend to create a type of affection towards their owners which is considered to be their way of showing love. They will miss you if you don't come around, pets have all sorts of feeling, and some type of love is one them.
Yes I do think so, absolutely. They form a bond with us. Just as we do with them. And it isn't just that we feed them, or keep them safe. They feel love and companionship.
YES! I feel animals share that emotional bond between each other as well as between, "Man an Dog". I have seen it too many times. These are not tricks taught, but compassion they give to you that you have earned, by you getting up every morning an taking them for walks or rides in the car, greeting them when your coming home even if your day is bad, they are there being positive an loving for you. My grandfather had a small dog once that when he had his heartattack an was in the hospital for a week, she had refused to eat or go outside. She would just sit in his chair an cry for him. After the first day an she didn't potty outside, my granddad had to call the house an let the dog hear his voice an tell her she needed to go potty! Crazy i know, but she thought he was lost i guess, and she missed him greatly, after that she would go potty but getting her to eat until he came home wasnt an option. So finally he came home from the hospital an he petted, an talked to her, and she couldnt have been more happier then, well until she ate of course. But she was overall thrilled her heart an her master had come home!
absolutely! Any pet owner can feel the unconditional love and bond from their faithful friend
Yes pets are just like poeple. They have feel emotional just like we do. They have many ways like poeple.
i think they can only love someone if the person really loves them but the less affection you show you're pet the less affection they will show you so it really depends.
Yes I do. I think you can see it in their eyes when they look at you.
Yes I can. We saw it with our dog Buddy. When a member of our household was in a car accident, that dog showed grief!
They are alive with emotional feelings just as we have but can cope with it alot better than we do as humans. I read a story one day about a dog that was adopted who was ill but still had that spark of love and one day the owner left the stove on and it had caught fire while they had gone off to bed. dispite of his illness he was determined to make sure that they were alert to his presistence of awaring them that something was wrong and they were in great danger. unfortunate the dog passed away but the owner had stated that he taught him so much. So the answer to your questions is Yes!. alot more than you thing he or she does even when you are mean to them when they have done something wrong. not a second later you can call them and they'll come running waggin there tails
Totally, I think pets can love just like they can hate. It is really all up to the owner to make the pet feel love to receive it. I know that my pets love me because they comfort me when I don't feel well, they know when I need them and I know when they need me (though just like a human) they can be upset with you for a while over silly things, but that won't change the love between a the two (owner and pet).
no doubt about it,the way my pet labrador greets me everyday when i reach home from office is self-evident. he is full of love, eagerness and excitement seeing me after almost nine hours!
For sure. Adopted pets seem to love and appreciate their owners even more than non adopted pets. At least that has been my experience. Ever see a dog jump for joy when they see their owner? That is love.

What to do when you dislike a pet?I know it makes me sound horrible, but I very much dislike a dog my husband got a few months ago. I was okay with the idea of adding to our family. However after a couple months of training she has not improved at all (she's almost 3yrs). She chews up stuff, goes...

How are you going to show your love to a neighbor this holiday season? I'm giving gifts or maybe I'll bake something if I'm short on money.
