   It's a tough question. I do not no how i would react , All i know is that we should all live our life one day at a time, and always cherish every moment of every day with our loved ones and friends.

   clean my house, take all of my money out of the banks, pay my bills and go out for dinner with friends,, my treat of course. Go home, take a nice hot bath, listen to some good music and call it a good life.

    I would go food shopping to be sure I had lots of healthy and low fat food to eat so the "bad" stuff would not be in the house to tempt me. Or low carb food, depends what kind of diet you are going on. Best of luck to you, stay with it! Jean
