   If the wish is for personal use, and not world peace because that is obvious or a cure for cancer.
   
   Personally, I would want enough money to always have good medical insurance and at least a roof over our heads. Heading into the "golden" years is flat scary these days.

   That is a good question, and on any given day it would be different.  But right now, given the situation in Japan, I would ask for the ground to stop shaking!

   I would wish to be recognized for the poetry I write.  I am, here at the hub, but I cannot imagine being thought of in a place of high esteem  by many for something I love to do...exercise my creative muscles.  I feel like notoriety or being seen as one of the best where it paid the bills and allowed true freedom, would be the ultimate. 
   
   Sometimes I feel that the people here, because I have cultivated so many wonderful friends, may have difficulty   remaining objective.  However, I suppose you could say I am rich, because of the love here, in my newfound family.

   World Peace.  That would be one wish I would like to see fulfilled.  I've never known a time in my life when I haven't heard on the news about one war or another. 
   
   Just too much fighting going on between nations, within nations and amongst ourselves.

    I wish that all children all over the world will feel safe, loved and free from the hidden dangers of the cruel world that we live in. I want children to enjoy their childhood, to have a life of laughter, warmth and happiness...I could go on and on.

    One wish? I would wish to become a talented writer who speaks and writes beautifully. That has an intuition of what sort of words to pick and arrange to make a beautiful writings with wonderful ideologies. But then again, this one wish that we want in life is actually more than one that we could ask for. because everything that we'd wish for is already out there.
    
    Instead of wishing to be as rich as the royalties, to be having the same IQ as Einstein, wishing for world piece and becoming a great writer. Those wishes has already being granted considering the fact that we are still breathing and alive to live another day. This wishes are for us to capitalize. Want world piece. Lets do our part in world piece. Educate the youngsters about violence. Help the poor. Etc, etc.
    
    By watching a movie called "127 hours" will tell you what does it feels like to get a chance to live another one more day.
