In my belief the answer is yes. It  wouldn't make sense for some to have it and others not.

Yes, I believe that all human beings are born with free will.  Being able to exercise it may be a problem for some depending on their individual situations.

I believe that everyone has free will but that it is only based on what they decide to do with it. The power of understand you own capabilities, and the power using that understanding to drive your goals in life are aspects that not every human has, so its debatable.

Absolutely yes. You also have free will to believe that you do not have free will and the results of that choice is naturally you are programmed to do everything that you do in your life on the earth. So that leaves you with 2 options: 1. You are programmed to read AMBASSADOR BUTLER answers to questions on hubpages to keep me the leader in down votes for my answers. 2. You have free will to read or ignore and do not read AMBASSADOR BUTLER answers to questions on hubpages. I would pick option # 2 because option # 1 is just plain torture because you can not understand all of my answers and you do not have a choice to ignore my answers and do not read them at all. So save yourself the torture and pick option # 1 and your mind will not have to comprehend all of my unique and excellent answers on hubpages.

All answers so far are yes but I'm not so sure about that. It really depends. Sometimes your choices are not so free.

    My answer is yes.

It is what we made ourselves to be. It is dependent on yourself and how you feel what you want to do about it.

    With God, yes, they do.

Can governments, abusive parents or spouses, power hungry bosses or teachers, make it hard to exercise your own will?

    But of course...........

That person is not who you will face on judgement day.

Every action has a choice.  Sometimes the choices are poor, or even hard, sometimes and I have been here, it is damned if I do, and damned if I don't..................still, there IS a choice.

Of course.  We do and say whatever we want.  It's our choice.

Of course we have, I didn't have to answer this question but I chose to! Had we not got free will, who or what would you suggest controls it?

Yes, everyone is born with free will. Do a lot of them HAVE it? Not necessarily. I'm sure there's a person in this world that does not have the power to express himself and act upon his will.

I think we, all human beings, have the free will but sometimes it could be difficult for some people to exercise that power in certain situations.

no. try pulling the free will idea in a communist country and we'll see how that works out.

Yes, I definitly believe mankind has free will of some kind. However, believing in an all powerful God, I believe that there is also some form of "predestination" as well. It's a little of both. For me to explain it would be too long for this article, but basically I believe that humans have free will but are also elected.
Often times people split up the two saying you cant have both, its either one or the other, however it is possible to have both in the same way it is possible to have the Trinity, God three-in-one. Its like a paradox

Yes!  All mankind has free will.  The consequences brought on by choices always play a part in those choices.  Your question does remind me of a club I once belonged.  The president of the club said you volunteer to join but once a member, you are obligated to go by the rules.

Yes, all mankind has free will. God just created us and knows us so well that He knows what we will do in every situation (or at least that's what I believe)

There is one thing that makes man different from animals and that's our FREE WILL. The ability to make decisions and walk through the path of our destiny

In most cases in this day and age, no. The media, government and all religions have lulled an entire population into a restricted way of thinking.

We definitely have the free will to decide whether we should serve God or not, but will still have to live by the physical law our bodies govern.  Eg.  eating, sleeping etc

Man kind as free will given to us by God. Whether or not it is exercised or encouraged is a totally different question.
