    For making a blog which is the easiest site to use and the cheapest ?

    I am not that good at things like websites so am just after the easiest that will still look good .

    I agree with wendy87 that Blogger is the best 'free' blogging platform.
    It has a number of advantages:  You already have a Gmail account and you just go to here:
    https://www.google.com/accounts/Service … amp;naui=8
    and sign up.
    It allows you to have a number of blogs which can be monetised.
    You can submit posts via your dashboard or by 'email'.
    You can install your Hubpage widget there as well!

    Another great blogging platform is WordPress. It is user friendly and free.

    Yes, Blogger is user friendly and there are some good templates. and you can get from other sources also. If your blog post are reasonably good You can get an adsense account without any hassle. Further It is easy to add Amazon ads too.

    I also vote for Blogger. I have two websites there. It's fairly easy to use, add advertising and other widgets. There are some famous bloggers making great revenue on that site.

    I would say blogger.com....it should be free but you have to get your readers youself and no one shares your earnings with you

    Posterous is a good place and the syndication is great.  You can email in your blog posts.
