   What's the most exotic trip you've ever been on?
   
   I've been to Costa Rica, London (not really exotic but w/e), the coasts of Spain, France, and Normandy
   ok these aren't really exotic but they are cool places

   Probably the most exotic place I've ever been to was to Boracay, an exclusive island in the Philippines.  I've never seen such clear blue-green waters before in my life until going to Boracay.  I was actually able to see the bottom of the ocean in depths of about 20-25 feet!  It's so exclusive that my wife and I had to take a small plane from the mainland and board a small 8-person boat to the island! It's was incredible!  I'd really love to visit Europe in the future as I've never been there before.

   Pond Inlet on Baffin Island is fairly close to the North Pole. The only way to get there is by boat when the sea ice melts, or to fly in.The campground is about a mile out of "town". Town is about 3 blocks of small houses and one all purpose co-op store. There are no trees and only very tiny bushes and plants. In the hottest month, August, the sea ice melts and ice flows break up so the beach is covered with big chunks of ice. The sun never sets. Children swim in ponds so cold that when I dipped my foot in the water sharp pain ran up my leg. The sun never set in the week we were there.

   Scuba diving in Tioman.The sea corals are simply lovely. The water is so clear and looking underwater is the best thing that ever happen in that trip.

   I have never been on a particularly exotic trip / holiday but a couple of  memorable ones were a River Cruise on the Rhine and then last year 15 days in Sorrento ,The Almalfi Coast and Capri with visits to Rome ,Florence and Pompeii ...would love to return to Pompeii I love history and found  Pompeii very awe inspiring !!

   I once was had the opportunity to travel for two days from Petra to Aqaba on camelback and overnight with the Bedouins.  Laurence of Arabia's path to greatness was a unique and enlightening look into the beauty of the desert, the simplicity of life and the joy of laughter as the international language of friendship.
