   World is a place where we all " Puppets" of that Almighty God stays. Our command is in the hand of that Almighty. We all are the part of that Puppet show govern by that Almighty God. He already decided our role which we have to play here. Its our destiny or fate which is govern by God becomes our purpose of life to live on this stage or earth.
   
   So in my opinion world is a stage of that Almighty God and we all are the puppets of that show. And once we completed our role on the show we have replaced by new actors of the show.

   Tell me ... besides the mad Theories ... about just one single thing, that Exists, outside of Purpose ... in Reality ?
   
   Take another look at your own physical body ... with an open mind ... but this time round, see closely ... and tell me ... is there anything ... viz., a single part or organ in your body, you can define as superfluous ... as purposeless ... ?
   
   No ... Everything Is functioning according to The Ordained ... Purpose!
   
   Because, Purposelessness ... or our Failing in Purpose ... Is, the Diseased State of Existence ...
   
   An don't tell me about an appendage in you Colon ... Medical Science, has yet, to understand its purpose.
   
   If you see around, you will see, that Everything Exists, with ... and within ... a Purpose ... so do we ... all of us ... are here, In a Purpose ...
   The only difference in our perceptions Is ... they think, we self-Exist ... and we think, The Lord Hath Created Us ... with a Purpose.

   We humans are thinkers. Because we think, we come up with ideas. Two of the most powerful and universal ideas in the human collective conscious are the concepts of purpose and meaning.
   
   Each and every human has two sources for answers to their questions about purpose and meaning: The most important source is the answer that we make up. The other source is the answers that other people make up. It does not matter whether we are able to understand and buy into those external inputs, we still end up settling on our own final answers.
   
   No one has come up with a universally acceptable answer to the question of the meaning of the world.  Hopefully, no one ever will, because this should be an intellectual process and journey that is wholly owned by each and every human.
   
   Each human is also in charge of determining their purpose in the world. Hopefully a person will decide on a purpose that everyone else can tolerate before that person has to be incarcerated and have their purpose defined for them.
   
   Why am I here, answering this question instead of stuffing my face with pancakes and bacon and jam? My purpose is to answer the question. This will aid me in my purpose to lose weight by setting a purpose to not eat pancakes and bacon and jam today.

   There is always a purpose for every human being in this world.
   
   I am also in search of what I am supposed to do before departing into the spiritual world. Will I find the answer to enlightenment? I do believe once we manage to find the truth in living, we will enter the spiritual world and no longer need to be re-born again.
   
   All the sufferings we human beings are facing is a lesson where we need to search for the truth of living. How many of us will eventually find the answers will depend on individual and sharing along the way of our paths in lives.

   The world has no meaning beyond what we give it. Likewise mankind's purpose beyond our own enrichment is nil.
   
   Many believe that they are somehow purposed to some greater thing but there is nothing beyond knowledge or wealth, however one interprets wealth.
   Of course there are many who subvert or pervert this and even a few who enhance it.
   
   As to our having few parts that aren't serving any purpose we are what we have evolved to. Things that we don't need evolve away,
   we have our appendix which, near as we can tell, doesn't really do anything and we suffer no ill effects if it is removed. We also have a scent gland behind our ears which is fading away.
   
   Were we put on the earth by some divine force? There certainly isn't any credible evidence to suggest that is the case. We are, after all, destroying the planet.
   Chances are that a million years from now we will have gone and will be replaced.
   This has happened a number of times before and will happen again until some stellar action deletes the earth or our sun dies leaving the planet dead and barren.

    There is a huge meaning out of this. But all depends on what we do. Remember one of the great philosopher - Buddha had told : we are the result of what we were and we will be the result of what we are.

    Yes, a very pertinent question indeed. It depends on how we look at the world. As a materialistic man will consider the world as very real and the world exists to cater to the whims of the worldly man. For a spiritualist, the world is an 'illusion' created by the fancies of the mind. We have a purpose for taking birth in this world. It is for realizing our own SELF which is identical with the Supreme SELF. Hence man's life here on this earth is not for simply eating, drinking and merry making. Even the animals and birds lead such life. But man possess higher intelligence. He can discriminate and select. His aim should be to know his real identity which is neither the body nor the mind. He is the SELF.

    Shahid Bukhari: What about the tonsils or an inflamed appendix? Then I googled and found out that by law if your stomach is open up they remove the appendix - which grows back 20% of the time. So maybe not so useless.
    
    Alls I knows is this: a selfish a$$hole save my life (he didn't know it). I was crossing the street, Jerk stomps on gas to hurry up to red light & I was delayed 2 whole seconds. Wow,
    
    Crossed the street, walking on sidewalk when a 15 foot long drainage pipe fell off building 2 whole seconds before me. I could've been killed or maimed for life.
    
    My job is so secret - even I don't know  what I'm doing....

    I do believe we are here for a reason.  We were made uniquely, with our own DNA and fingerprints.  I have a hard time thinking that if we were just here to exist, that we wouldn't be so individually different from each other.
