What's the best way to keep traffic coming to your hubs?
Write frequently, after a week or two of inactivity, you see traffic plummet. Most times even before then.
Write frequently but also promote frequently. Once a week I'll go through and retweet/Facebook promote some of my older hubs to help drive some more traffic to them.
If you want constant traffic to specific hubs then they have to be niche articles that people frequently search for on the internet. Write SEO friendly articles that people will find easily through search engines.
You also must promote your hubs by creating backlinks and RSS feeds. Articles that are of greater long term interest will also gather more traffic. Such articles include health, technology, arts, fashion and travel. Trend articles are short term traffic generators and will be lost as soon as the trend changes.

Hello, Fellow Hubbers, Moderators and Administrators. My name is Erick Hernandez. I have a question. I made $0.10 as of this writing. How do I earn more money on the Ad Program? How do I get more clicks in the ad program?

Some articles you can add to (or update?) every week, but should you? Does anyone know if how often you add to an article changes (positively or negatively) your views, earning potential, etc.

I took my 30-days page views count; divided it by 30 and further divided it by the number of published hubs. Thus I got a fair representation of my average number of visitors per day per hub. It comes to a whopping 1.6! How about yours?
