The best book I ever read has to be the Bourne books, the first book i read was called 'Nate the Great' and loved reading it because it was in the 4th grade, the first time i got ever my fears of never reading a book and finishing it, and also because it was a book that gave the interest to read books of mystery and suspense.

The Bible is the best book, and my first book I remember loving was Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm (series)  -- laughing allowed!

My mother didn't know how to teach me to read, but she wanted me to love it, and she did her best to give me tools for learning to read.

The Phantom Tollbooth has been in my top 3 since elementary school. It is the first book I remember reading over and over. Most entertaining book? Confederacy of Dunces, easily.

The Lord of the Rings was the first novel I wanted to read over and over.  The best novel I ever read was Atlas Shrugged.

The best book I read is the Hero's Walk. Its about parents who receive news that their daughter and son-in-law are dead in a car accident. The father had disowned her daughter after she married. The mother still kept in contact. They both become guardians to their grandchild. The story is beautiful and spiritual. The father learns from his mistake and learns to show love again. My all time favorite. Great question.

It by Stephen King was the first adult book I ever read.  After that, i was hooked on the genre.  The best book I have ever read is a tie between To Kill a Mockingbird and Catcher in the Rye.

The best book I have ever read was the series about PERCY JACKSON because it is all about gods and goddesses and I love studying about them. Moreover, the first book I remember loving was the TWILIGHT saga that I dont even want it to be borrowed by my friends

I think the first book I actually read was a collection of poems which included The Daffodils by William Wordsworth and The Owl and The Pussycat By Edward Lear.  The Little Prince by  Antoine de Saint-ExupĂ©ry is the one that I love since i first read it almost 25 years ago.
