What does your poetry shelf look like ?

Sales of poetry are low in comparison to other literature types, it could be said that only the poets and the poetic buy poetry. What does your poetry shelf look like and roughly how many titles are in it. ?

I just love to buy many different types of books, my shelve is getting bigger.  I have about 20 books.  Fiction, suspense, drama.  My favorite authors are Stephen King, and Dean Koontz.

Couple hundred.  1/2 pre-20th century; perhaps a fifth of the remaining half are contemporary.

I'm not in a position to be able to go and count right now but I think it's roughly 40-50 volumes.   I collect antiquarian poetry books so there's not much contemporary stuff.  Birthday Letters by Ted Hughes is probably the most recently published volume and the only living poet on my book shelf is Wendy Cope.  Mostly its war poetry or other works by war poets, several anthologies from the 1920's, moderns etc.  As for pre-20th century stuff it's mostly well known classics- various collected works of romantic poets, Tennyson, Oscar Wilde, Shakespeare, Chaucer, Chapman's Homer... the usual suspects.

I buy poetry DVDS like Brave New Voices and Def Poetry Jam. As far as how many books I have on the shelf, I probably have 40 poetry books on my shelves.
