Is writing about 9/11 professional suicide?
Has Cognitive Dissonance created an atmosphere in which it is taboo to write about sensitive subjects? Almost any radical stance on the truth you take about the event (9/11) leads to much controversy, so is it still out of bounds?
Very interesting question! I do think that cognitive dissonance creates an atmosphere where it might be considered improper or unacceptable to write about sensitive subjects like 9/11. However, the truth is the truth and it cannot be escaped no matter how much we try not to bring it to memory. I think that writing about it will create a lot of discussion, but in the end it's part of reality. Great question!
I don't think so. I always feel compelled to read things about it. I'm an open minded person (most of the time) so I don't mind reading different perspectives. But that's just my opinion.
When I wrote my first 9/11 article, I was a little terrified. My daughter wondered why, saying, "nobody I know believes the official version." She thought it was old news and nothing more. What most Americans don't get is that while 50% of Americans privately don't believe the lies, more like 90% of the rest of the world don't believe them.

Trauma affects all who witness it. The trauma of 9/11 affected the world, not only emotionally, but economically and politically. Not only did 3000+ people die on that day, but tens of thousands of others have died as a direct result of actions taken by the American government because of 9/11. In...
