Do you think they should continue to prosecute Roger Clemens?

Do you think enough is enough?  The time and money spent prosecuting this athlete for something that is long gone has been enormous.  Isn't it time to pack it in?

I think this should be over as well.  Seriously, there are much more important things for the courts to deal with and frankly, when the prosecution screwed up last time, if I were the judge, I would have put a stop to all further proceedings.  If they even convict him of anything, he'll go to jail for minimal time and we, the taxpayer, will have to pay for it.  Why bother?  He didn't kill anyone - he only damaged himself and in the court of public opinion he's already guilty so what's the point..

No, be done with it. The cost is overwhelming and in these economic times we could better place our $$$.

No. I think they should give him immunity in exchange for the truth. That would be a very small price to pay to save numerous lives in the future because of the education and knowledge he has because of his experience with it. Again, give an inch; save a mile

Good idea, if we could only learn from other's mistakes.

Time to drop the case, it's a waste of time. I like the idea of immunity for the truth, but I think in the Rocket's case, he wouldn't change his story. Drop it and move on. (And Baseball writers, think long and hard about that Hall of Fame vote)
