   Oh, there was that one terrible movie with Bruce Willis...The Kid. Ugh, the plot and acting were horrible.

      Are you saying that you hate kids and Bruce Willis? I am only joking, but I do wonder if our mood while watching the movie might cloud our judgement. I walked out of Time Bandits and Jacobe's Ladder (but later enjoyed them on cable).

   Yeah, The movie adaptation of "The Last Airbender". I am a fan of the animated series so I really expect a lot from it. The casting is bad. The portrayal of individual characters do not live up to the animated version. Aang is dark which is the total opposite of his character that is free-spirited and happy....Bad bad movie.

      My son said the same thing, but my son liked the movie Thankskilling, which is truly awful.

   Never, but I've come close a few times. "Natural Born Killers" was one, "Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace" was another.

      There is a rumor that they are going to do another Star Wars series that has nothing to do with Vader or Luke. I just hope it does not involve Lucas.It is time to turn the reigns over to somone else.

   Yes.  The movie was called "Hamburger".  I only remember that it involved crude jokes set in a college specializing in making hamburgers.  This is a classic "sunk cost" economic scenario ... I already paid for the ticket so that was a sunk cost, and was no reason to waste more of my time just to make it to the end of the movie.

   I was working on a budget one summer, so me and my girl decided to do some movie hopping (8 dollars adds up) one day. We had it planned out in everything; first pay and see the movie we wanted to really see then check out some other films. Long story short, we found ourselves in Meet the Spartans, and like ten or fifteen minutes in, we walked out the movie, and just left the entire theatre, forgoing all our plans to spend the day watching (sneaking into) films. The film was that bad! Absolutely atrocious! I was mad for days, I swear. Ugggh!

      I actually liked Meet the Spartans, but I saw it for one dollar. If I had paid full price, I would have been upset too.

   Yes. I don't remember the names, but one had a lot of Chinese dialect and I think had something to do with a dragon and I think the other was about vampires.

      My wife likes movies like Silence of the Lambs, and I do not like movies about serial killers; however, I do like supernatural horror movies (supernatural, to me, is makebelieve).

    Yes, like Jennzie, I don't remember the names. I guess they were to horrible to be worth remembering. All I remember is thinking they were a waste of good film.

    I have never walked out of a film, but I came very close during "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen."  When a film completely lacks an engaging theme or character, I question whether or not watching it is a wise use of my time.

       Steven, I liked that movie, but I understand your point. I like movies of that ilk , because they pop your mind in neutral (it can be nice not to think for a couple of hours).
