Is there a way to publish a hub that cannot be found by people who read my other hubs?

I recently started sharing my hubs with my family.  I want to write a hub that is very personal, but I'm afraid my family will find it.

Nope, not unless you feel like going through the effort of making a second account. Everything here is accessible by everybody on the internet and even if you make a second account there is still a chance they'll find it.

How important is it that you write this hub? What does it mean to you? Is it something that will help other people or is it simply a personal experience? Will it embarrass your family if they read it? I can only help so much being as I do not know the subject matter. Not everything needs to be written about on the internet.

Perhaps there is a way to make it less personal and yet still be useful and not embarrassing or awkward for you or your family members.

eh...  It's just personal in the respect that I speculate on what my family members were thinking at the time.  It's a small memoir from my childhood.  I don't know that it would embarrass them, we're just not touchy feely people.

Unfortunately the only way to achieve this would be to open a second account. I know many other hubbers have multiple accounts for various reasons. Unless you write identifying information on your hubs in another account, there should be no reason why they would know it is you.

Having said that, they are your family, so perhaps it wont matter if they read a personal hub, or as nochance said, perhaps there is a way to make it less personal somehow, yet still be useful.

I think I will just clarify that any speculation was done in an attempt to make sense of what I remember from almost 30 years ago.  If they disagree, they should at least not be offended.
