   The darker the chocolate, the healthier it is, more cacao content, meaning it has less sugar and milk. If you want to receive benefits of chocolate eat chocolate with 70% or more cacao content. So dark chocolate is your friend, the other two are full of milk and sugar.

   Dark chocolate is made when fat and sugar is added to cocoa, but it doesn't contain any milk.It also is the only one of the three with health benefits.
   
   Milk chocolate is made when the addition of milk is added. It also contains more sugar and less cocoa than dark chocolate.
   
   White chocolate is made using cocoa butter, sugar and milk and doesn't contain any actual cocoa solids.

   The darker, the stronger, I think, and I like it most. I do not like white chocolate and it is said it is not healthy at all! I also think the dark one is pure chocolate, without milk and little sugar. I think white chocolate is a bit heavy for my stomach.

   percentage of cocoa in the recipe. Higher percentage is dark chocolate. milk has less cocoa but additional sugar and cream in the recipe. White Chocolate actually has no cocoa in it and is technically not chocolate. In fact in some countries you cannot call it white chocolate.

   Dark chocolate contains more cocoa and less sugar and milk, milk chocolate has higher sugar and milk less cocoa, white chocolate has no cocoa or very less cocoa and has high amount of sugar, milk... darker the chocolate the healthier it is.. Plus you will even enjoy the dark one.Yummmmmm
