    Am I missing something lately?

I have been seeing a pretty big increase in parenting hubs.  Is there a new trend that I haven't been keeping track of?  And I have also been seeing more limericks as well.  Is this a message about parenting from the cosmos?

Hello CJ Andrews, I have read lots of parenting hubs and I really like some of them. How to Teach Kids to Be Assertive is one of my favourite.
I agree with you that some articles are not worth reading but people have different experience and therefore different attitude  towards parenting. Sometimes there is no right or wrong there is you and your child, your upbringing and your circumstances.
    Thank you for this question.

I was not saying they were bad or good.  It is just the vast influx I have been seeing.  Some of them have been quite interesting.  I have reached into other areas to follow because I am getting burnt out on parenting hubs lately.

Hello CJ Andrews! It seems to me that I misunderwstood the meaning of the word limericks. I used my online dictionary to translate this word but forgot to consult thesaurus. Sorry!!
I still like your question))) Thank you!

Hey, I know the feeling - "Where did everybody go...".  In the past I've noticed a void, a lapse in time when it just appears that there is just not much activity here on HubPages, but that will pass.  We all have our own lives to live as well as other things to do.  Don't panic, it will pass and soon you will notice an increase in writing and activity again.  The first time this happened to me I felt so lost and alone - no one was making any comments on my hubs and I felt lost and abandoned.  I latter found out that a lot of my friends were just active in a 60 day challenge and were rather busy writing their hubs and competing...

Thanks for commenting.  It seems like there is activity, but a lot of the activity I am seeing seems to be on parenting and poetry - mainly limericks.  I just found it interesting overall.
