   I like to insert garlic under the skin and season the chicken with Cajun spice.

   I like to bake it covered with teriyaki sauce, and stuff the chicken with an onion. Simple and finger licking good. Keep on hubbing

   I put two or three cloves of sliced garlic in crevices and on the breast, pour on a little olive 0il, some lemon juice and put on a sprig or two of rosemary.  Then I sprinkle it with salt (to make the skin crispy) and sometimes sprinkle jerk spices, or just cinnamon on it. This is for roasting or baking.

   ...Lots of seasoned salt, black pepper, and worcestershire sauce, baked!   Chicken Leg Quarters in the oven with a pan of water below, all smelling good and stuff...

   I buy my chicken fresh and as soon as I get home I clean it then season it with sea salt, garlic, and pepper then I freeze it until I am ready to use it ....This gives me a flavor base then I can go anywhere I want with it like if I want deep fried chicken, I take out my chicken then de-frost it when its de-frosted I put it into some butter milk for 45 minutes to a hour then I remove it from the butter milk I take out some flour add just a little bit of old bay seasoning to the flour I put the chicken in the old bay flour mixture then into the hot grease to fry my chicken ...I HOPE THIS WILL HELP .....I also have other ways to prepare chicken if you like.

   I like to dump a bottle of Zesty Italian dressing over chicken breast and bake it. It gives it a good flavor and is tender.

      I use Zesty Italian dressing mixed with worcestershire sauce for marinade on lean cuts of beef & pork (the ones with more fat, I just use worcestershire).  Hmm, I've never used Zesty Italian dressing on chicken.  I may give it a try...

   My favorite way to season chicken - in my home kitchen, I often season chicken with little chili powder, turmeric powder, garam-masala and salt for taste. Then, I thorougly marinate the chicken and leave it aside for 3 hours so that it absorb these seasonings well. After that, they are cooked either in a Tandoori-style (Asian way of grilling) or Indian curry-dishes.

    Depending on what kind of chicken... When I grill chicken breast, I sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley on it liberally.  When I make a whole chicken, I rub butter under and on top of the skin; then I sprinkle it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, rosemary, and thyme liberally.  Then I stuff the cavity of the chicken with lemon and onion chunks.
