   I know two men who have had this done. One of them looks much like the photo here. Kind of looks like a Chia Pet.  The other one, looks natural and one would never know that he had anything done. He does not have perfect, thick hair either. It just looks like he had a mild case of male pattern baldness as opposed to a totally bald head.

   Wayne Rooney did it successfully. He now has a full of hair on his head.
   But, there are many cool bald guys that proud to be bald rather than having a hair transplantation, including Bruce Willis, Vin Diesel, Jason Statham, etc.

   Yes, hair plugs which was kind of brand new at the time.  Still looks like hair plugs.
   If you ever saw the inside of a dolls head where they attach the hair, it looks just like that.  Not that I go around ripping off doll heads, it was pesky little brothers that did that!  Bald is better than plugs,  a bad rug or combover!

   When I was working at an Insurance company, a fellow employee had it done. The initial look was not impressive, but after awhile, he started looking really nice.

   I had a friend who had it done and it looks a bit stiff and weird.  I didn't like it.  Why do men not just accept their baldness?  Personally, I find bald men very sexy and I'm sure there are a lot of other women who feel that way.  But, if you feel like it's something you must spend that much money on, I suppose it's your head, go for it.  But I just think it's not necessary.  Hats are cheaper & more stylish.

      I also find bald men very sexy and handsome.  I think a lot of men think of it as a sign they are getting older and try to turn back time.

      I agree.  It's like the man who refuses to cut his hair, leaves it in a long pony tail, even though he lost all his hair on the top, so he wears a hat  to hide the baldness, so everyone thinks he has long hair.  Or the infamous comb-over.
