When did you last pretend you didn't see someone you know for some reason or other?
You weren't in the mood to talk to them, you looked like crap, no time to waste, you had to find a bathroom, etc.
I was doing that in the past because I wasn't sociable at all and often silent but nowadays my character becomes very sociable and active so i don't pretend that anymore , I feel great with that
I think everyone goes through this!
Iod you run into that person again, just tell them you were not feeling well.
I do that all the time. I pretend I don't see people from my parent's church. It always upsets me to talk to them.
Can't remember the specific time but undoubtedly it was in the grocery store. I really really hate small talk and so if I can do it without someone noticing, or hurting feelings, I might just look the other way. Anti-social, I know but that's just me I guess.
LOL! last week in Kuala Lumpur-The front desk guy in my hotel. He was very rude to me when I checked in at the hotel at 2 am in the morning.Being in the hotel industry,I wonder who hired that guy in that hotel. He only spoke Malay and not a word of English . His rude sign language and erratic barely understood English was enough to scare any hotel guest. And this is supposed to be the Marriot Hotel ? I am not talking Motel 6 here.On the day I checked out, he was again on duty.I avoided him like a plague pretending not to see him.Gave tip to the front desk people except him.He must have been thrilled.LOL!!
I have done this twice recently. I just could not bring myself to talk to the annoying people so I quickly made a turn. I really hate that feeling but in a small town it happens a lot.
I only did that once...I was in Southern France in a little village, sitting in a cafe with a friend, when a man and a young woman entered and sat at a table about 12 feet away, it was definitely not " professional business meeting "..
I recognized him as the husband of a woman I had met and worked with on a charity function.... thank goodness not everyone remembers faces...He did not recognize me..who would think you'd run into someone you knew thousands of miles away. Anyway I got up and left, just in case..When I returned home a few weeks later I saw them again ..only this time he kept asking me " do I know you ?"..I said no and moved on..That could have been an even more akward situation if I had said something..
Ignoring someone when you avoid to have a conversation with that person or something that you want to remain unfolded between you both is one of the most prominent reasons one can avoid someone.
However doing this puts in such an awkward situation because even if you don't face them you remain in the guilt of avoiding them.I prefer doing it only when I know that the road that way is not my cup of tea as i have my own rules and principals of life. And I cannot agree things against them.
I try to avoid a lady who lives around the corner from me - she tried to get me kicked off our allotments by sending me a fake letter from the town council. She doesn't realise that I know it was her, but I always feel like I'm going to explode at her that I know... This was about 2 years ago now, but I really don't like sly, sneaky people, and still feel angry at her!!
My teenage neighbors across the street from me. I pretend I do not see them because they are always getting into some kind of mess. I do not want their attention.
Would almost always rather avoid someone than interact with them unexpectedly. As I get older I don't do it so much.
People that don't know how to SHUT-UP, I am not always in the mood for meaningless conversations just for the sake of saying something. There are people out there who want to tell you all of their business or gossip about someone else's, as if you care and don't have your own.Or those who are bored and want to take your mind there with their boring conversation.People please sometimes it is OK just to say hi and bye, nothing more.

If God did in fact create everything and nothing happens without his ok...Then wouldn't it stand to reason, that God created the devil and sin as well? This seems to say that all the sin in the world comes from God. Thoughts?

When guys say the want to be left alone do they really mean it?I think a lot of girls are like me, when I say I don't want to talk to anybody, I usually do want to talk to someone. Is it different for men?

I thought if it was Panda, that other folks would see similar results. I had a pretty good drop in November/December and another one started yesterday. Traffic is less than 1/3 of what it has been.If it follows the same trend as last time, it will bounce back a bit higher.I did publish...
