Could be a few reasons but the main one would be to lack of activity.
Maybe you are not on as often as you used to be, or when you are on hubpages you just click on and off without making any comments or answering questions.
Sometimes doing these can help build up traffic and make your hub score go up.
Thank you very much for your suggestion. so what do suggest , if i again start spending time on hp and start commenting then my hub score will again go up...
Your profile is way too short and I see errors in your grammar. Those are both important factors when they calculate your hub score.
Thank you so much for your suggestion, i will try to rectify it.
Try writing your Hubs in word and correcting the spelling and grammar there before cutting and pasting your text into Hubpages. Word will immediately recognize any issues you have with these two areas. Hope this helps.
Mine went up to 100 and has suddenly dropped rapidly. I am unsure why. Although the other answers are correct, sometimes it just happens.
same here... mine was 81 then suddenly dropped down..cant find any reason...and i m still wondering..... why???
I can give you some tips if you would like? There are certain common grammatical errors that ,many people fall for.
I'm still learning HubPages because I've only just begun using it for my own work, but from what I have read, it is not necessarily something to worry about.
Mine always goes up and down and is related to activity. I have purposely not written new hubs but was active, commenting, asking questions, answering questions and it can go up. I, also, a couple of months was not active at all but wrote hubs and it went up. So it depends on how many hubs you write and how active you are and they both can get you a higher score, even if you only use one method.
Thank you so much for suggestion i will try to practice them
Hello Santiniketan,
I experienced it today. My hub score was 88 yesterday and when i reopened it today it was 74. How come such a drop in just one day? Is it has to do with your activity on hubpages because i have not posted any hubs for a while now.
Did you score went up again after the fall?

I took a hiatus for awhile from Hub Pages! However, in the past week or so, I have added new hubs participated in forums, asked a question or two, participated with the Hub Hopper, have read some Hubs, yet my Hubber Score is lower than it was when I was doing nothing. I don't get it!

Pretty much without exception my Hub score will drop two, three or more points within an hour or two of first posting a Hub. Then it gradually, eventually goes up again. For example, today, March 31, 2011, I posted a Hub and my score dropped like a rock three points. I don't understand this. I...

I've been on here for a few years, and I guess I never really understood the point of these scores. They don't seem to provide any real value to the user and I can't convince myself that they add value because they fluctuate so much. What's the point? Am I supposed to use these scores to tell me...

I got like 10 posts stuck in the mid 70's that I want to get to 80 so I can submit them to networks. What are some surefire ways to increase your score without changing everything? I use the same format on two hubs with similar subjects and one gets 93 and the other gets 77...so frustrating.

Hi,I have this hub http://hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Make-a-H … dant-Charmfor a few weeks and it was at a hubscore of 84 just a few days ago and today it's at 76. I know I shouldnt worry too much about the hubscore, but I wondered why the sudden drop and if it was due to the recent hub changes...

My Hubber Score has been very stable in the mid 90's (94 to 96) for at least a year. In the last few days since I published a new hub it has been dropping, and it is now down to 90. Also in the week since I published my new hub, I've been more active on HP with respect to getting comments and...
