   There is a lot of things to consider one is budget and two is time.  I would love to spent my honeymoon on a cruise but I know I cant afford it back then.
   
   My wife and I agreed that the important thing is that you are together and enjoying.  We spent it a a classy hotel and just enjoyed each other company.
   
   Looking back we made the right decision honeymoon is just a couple day.  Spending a lot on it is not practical.

   I would say Japan, just because it seems like a beautiful serene place, but not usually talked about from what I hear as popular places for honeymoons.

   We went with what so many think is a romantic destination in July and that's Gatlinburg TN. A beautiful small town in the mountains centered around shopping,my wife loved it.So if my wife loved it I loved her that night. The next day,more shopping more loving,the perfect romantic getaway.
   Cooling off in a mountain stream in the heat of the summer was like being kids again. Margaritas in a little bar in downtown Gatlinburg where we tacked our dollar bill to the ceiling is something I hope we get to do again while we search for that particular bill with our names on it circa 1995.
   In fact we loved our trip so much we went there the next year on our first anniversary with our newly hatched little boy. After a nice evening strolling through town and a swim in the pool,we conceived our daughter there.
   Yeah,we had a good time. Make sure you ride through Cades Cove about 6 am and see the countless deer herds and maybe a baby bear like we did. Go back to Gatlinburg and have pancakes at the Log Cabin Pancake house,you'll love it!

   @blessedp: The best place for my honeymoon, i'll prefer ISLANDS like MAURITIUS, FIJI, HAWAII, COSTA RICA.!!! Because they have their own enjoyment.!
