   The health benefit of sex are good. If you do it with the right healthy person. Who knows how to do it , and had  the sex class.Or had  the clinic orientation  sex class. Benefit only the doctor knows if you go to a lab  to see if you are having benefit ,or you are getting a diasease AIDS  and all the STD  or good immune benefit.

   If sex is between two loving partners who respect each other (ie: married couples or people committed to each other) it can lower stress. It leads to bonding between couples as two people honour each other, body and soul. Sex that is selfish leads to sorrow and an empty life.

   For 1 the benefit is good muscles tone.  Moving around in different positions, requires muscles and lifting and all kinds of muscle groups.  It's also a stress reliever.
