   Strange question... Perhaps if you could freeze to absolute zero an entire planet, that might be possible... we know that time is linked to mass somehow (and gravity), both from theory and practical test e.g. an atomic clock on the ground and in a high speed jet that went around the world: the two clocks were no longer quite in synch when the jet returned -  perhaps then... if an entire mass was somehow frozen... but then, you'd need the whole solar system to be frozen, too, and then, the galaxy within which resides the solar system....  and so on, ad finitum
   
   That's my take on it. So.... I think the answer is safely No :-))

   Hello, I think that time is a "concept" and not something real, so I don't think it can be frozen.
   This coming from a time-trialist who would dearly love to be able to freeze time whilst still riding. If there is a secret out there-Well! Tony

   My answer will be No.
   
   Time is on going and maybe in future there will be time machine where we can return into time of the past or future.
   
   Maybe human can be frozen and awake in the future to remain at the age when they are frozen.

   In my opinion time cannot be frozen, because time is an imaginary thing and if we look at time, we can only imagine that time may travel in a straight line, in an orbit since everything in the universe seems to go around something else or in a spiral, it cannot be stopped and in never comes back to the same spot.
