   House. No question about it. I'm living with roommates and while I love being around them, I need a place to call my own that I take care of on my own. Plus as a writer, my home is my place of business.

   A house. If the house is purchased at a decent price, your asset will grow. A business is a very risky proposition so I'd get the house.

   Having money to buy a house or to start a business is a big advantage for each one of us. If I were in the position to make this choice, I will certainly start a business.  Because I always dream is to be my own boss and in the same time financially independent.

   Business > If you have a business acumen. It needs full time devotion. Risk is higher. But possibility of making above average income is also higher.
