Yeah, same kind of thing has been going on here, although not in 24 hours. I don't really get how that system works. Neither do I get why it drops for me. I feel like it is punishing me for not socializing enough on this site, which is slightly pathetic when I have always written quality content.

Thanks Martin VK, for your response to the question!
Socializing does affect the scores, as far as I have observed. But some times there are other priorities, which need our attention, other than HubPages. Thanks!

My stats have been stuck for a long time, too.  I think that is happening to everyone.  I also noticed a bit of a drop for my hubber score, too, although it is not as drastic for me.  I am hoping all will go back to normal soon!

It's not uncommon for stats to get stuck over a weekend and into the new week.  I'm not sure why the hubber scores sometimes drop dramatically, but most will tell you the hubber score really doesn't make a difference towards earnings etc.

I find it more valuable to just ignore the hubscores. I'm sure they have some mathematical logic. But, until we know what that is, it's just going to be a headache trying to figure it out.

Worry not, the hubber score is something mysterious and complex and shouldn't be treated that seriously. Only worry when it drops from 90 to 50 overnight!!
Mine fluctuates too. I write two hubs, long ones, my hubber score goes down!  I don't do anything on HP for a fortnight, it goes up!! Baffling.

I know that  the hubber score does not mean much, but it feels good to have a higher score. Even I have noticed that after submitting a new hub, my  hubber score  goes down . Strange!

I have been routinely told by authorities here to not worry about hubscores and hubber scores. We learn from the very high scorers that two things are usually present. That it relates to apprentice or apprentice allumni and recipe/how to articles. Or the author/hubber is very judicious and publishes few yet very perfect hubs.
It seems to me the second batch fall into two categories: Real pros that publish here as an extension of a much broader marketing strategy and real pros that do a great job on about one hub per week or so, kind of like retired excellent writers.
When ever I see a 95 or above I chase right on over to see what is going on.
One last thing that is neither confirmed nor denied. I think that when you get into the hundreds of hubs mark, you do well to take the time to move bad hubs elsewhere and delete. Or delete completely here and then fix it up and republish a new and improved hub.
It seems that the "a" program or just being a real pro helps you navigate things like bad picture credits and linking and pushing traffic through networking.
Know that everyone here has a special ranking in my heart -- just for being you!!!

the stats are usually stuck almost weekly. My hubscore went down too. Need not worry much. Just worry about the earnings.

Hubber score does not make any difference. Stats sometimes are not updated during weekend. Just relax

News flash:  My hubber score just went to 100 and I got a bonus and we had a big party.
I made that up but it seems as real as the normal one ;-)

My hubber score dropped a lot also and at first it really irritated me. I have 114 hubs, all featured, and could not figure out why my score dropped. I am just going to let it be and keep on keeping on. Besides, the score does not really mean a whole lot, except to us. I checked all my hubs to see if I had any warnings or tips. I found several that needed to be improved, such as poor images, putting a copyright notice at the end of my hub (HP has their own copyright notice to use with my name and date of the first submission and they prefer we use that). I made a lot of revisions like breaking one long article into capsules and other things the "Tips" section suggested. I added more photos here and there, added appropriate videos where I could and really spruced up all my hubs. Still, my lower score sits and stares at me.

My experiences are more or less the same as yours. Let us just ignore it and happy hubbing!
      Have a good day!
