How Many Hubs Do You Have?
How many published Hubs do you have, and what is your short term target?
I have six published hubs. My short-term goal is to settle on whether I am going to publish more hubs--I have over 100 "in the oven"--or continue as I am as a reader and commentator. I have a busy-enough family life outside of the computer, and the traffic I get is satisfying enough for the amount of time I am on HubPages, which is about once a week. I am glad you did not ask for a long-term goal.
I have 12 Hubs so far and want to continue until there is nothing left to write about. My short term goal is to write 20 hubs by the end of December. I may not make it, but I am motivated to try!!!
I have 251 published hubs. My short term goal is to reach 100,000 views within the next 2 months. I'm close, but not there yet.
Well I have about 90. I have some that I have unpublished. They lost so much on the scale. I need to beef them up again. My short term goal is to have 100 hubs.
Jainisus, we talk about targets but many a times miss those targets. I thought of publishing about 50 Hubs in 2013 but have touched only 41 so far. Five are in the pipeline. I wonder if I can reach overall 100 in the coming year. Thanks for stimulating me. Wish you a Happy New Year, 2014.
Hi jainismus,
I have 100 published hubs and a further 10 or so ready to be published. My goal is to get as close to 150 by the end of 2014 as I can. My traffic is increasing steadily over time, thanks mostly to me having published 50 hubs this year. It is good to have targets, gives me something to strive for. My target for 2013 was 100, so I made it (just).
I have currently 313 hubs published, and have 115 featured, 162 not featured and some I need to work on. I started in september 2009, and have enjoyed my affiliationg with Hubpages. It has not been lucrative by any means, but I enjoy writing and it is therapeutic as well as educational as I study out a subject.
Wow, 313 hubs! What a fantastic effort, well done.
I have been publishing on HubPages since 2006 and currently have written and published a career total of 640 Hubs. However, have unpublished 127 of these Hubs because they were not doing well in terms of readership especially after Google's Panda and other changes. This leaves me with 513 published Hubs currently available for viewing.
I am reviewing the 127 Hubs that I have unpublished and either revising and republishing them (the 127 unpublished Hubs are what are currently unpublished as I have revised and republished about 10 so far) or deleting them (I have deleted about a half a dozen so far). Those that I delete are "non-evergreen" Hubs which are on topics that were either time sensitive (things that were once current events but no longer of interest) of limited interest topics whose popularity has passed.
Overall, I have done very well, income wise, from writing on HubPages and plan to continue writing and publishing here.
I am currently finishing two new Hubs and have about a dozen more new ones that are in various stages of completion and which I am looking to complete and publish in the next few months.
While my short term goal is to get some more new Hubs published as well as take care of (i.e., either re-publish or delete) the currently 127 Hubs that I have suspended (unpublished).

I have recently begun to completely revamp my hubs. I am publishing several revamped hubs per day. Can this have a negative effect on my HP profile score, Google rankings etc.??

How many hubs do you have tucked away unpublished?I tend to work on several hubs at once and go back and fix and redo and edit them over several days, maybe even weeks before I publish. Other times I just blast through a hub and post it. What do you do? What is your workflow like?

I have just started, so I dont expect it in the near future, but how many hubs, or how many months before you start making money? How much traffic is considered to be good traffic? Right now I am getting about an average of 75 hits per day on 4 hubs. Is that good? What...

I have created a pitiful 29 hubs in four years. But I'm a lot more active on facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Search. You people MUST LIVE ON HERE! How in the world do you find subjects for crying out loud? You must be just writing for writing sake. In order to write something, I have to FEEL IT,...

How many hubs have you published? In which hub do you have the highest number of comments? What's the number? Do you respond to the comments readers leave behind?
