With a very profound "meh." And that's all I have to say about that.

He's a decent guy who works well as a spokesman and he's a good enough politician. He should have stayed a lawyer or gone into marketing or broadcasting. He probably would have been a good diplomat to Indonesia. As president, his lack of experience is apparent to everyone by now. His heart is in the right place, but he's allowed himself to be bullied by the Pentagon and National Security establishment (and media) into becoming an even worse human rights violator that his predecessor. He relies too much on his White House team. He let Rahm Emmanuel leave too soon. Biden has been very instrumental to the administration and, in some cases, the voice of reason (the media plays him up to be a clown, but he's not).
Sadly, the president over-estimated the American people's sense of understanding. His knowledge of the US population is essentially LA, NYC, Chicago and Hawaii. He thought you could talk sense to the American people and reason with them. He later found out the hard way that most of the country does not see anything for what it is, because it gets its information from corporate media. And most of the country is racist. Despite the fact that he was raised by his white mother and has a law degree from Harvard, he is still known by many whites as "that n----r in the White House". Even though he is the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, he's expected to genuflect to the military as a sign of humility. Whenever he fails to do this, the media calls him unpatriotic. In 2008, we needed to elect him president to show the world that we weren't monsters after all. Since then, he has been a bit of a disappointment due to the fact that he's simply too intelligent for us and he didn't realize this until it was too late.

A solid 9; he's done way more to fix this country's mess than people give him credit for; his biggest problem is that he hasn't figured out how to deal with the jokers in Congress who are constantly sabotaging him. He lacks the street-fighting instinct and the common touch that Bill Clinton has. He's too civilized for his own good in terms of politics -- hence the 9 rather than a 10.

Year from now maybe we'll realize just how much he's done to soothe troubled waters internationally. He does it behind the scenes, quietly, so no brass bands and posturing, just crises that seem to calm down...

I'm very disappointed that he isn't halting flights from the Ebola stricken regions. He should at least put a stop on those flights until the virus is under control. One person came here with the virus and now 800 people, or more, were exposed to the virus. Obviously, what they are doing is not working; so why keep doing it?

Excellent puppet for the Corporate Party -- the same bosses who owned Bush, Clinton, Bush Sr., etc.

He has been shredding the Constitution with greater zeal than Bush-Cheney. That in itself is treason -- a betrayal of his oath of office.

Simply saying that the prisoners at Gitmo should stay there indefinitely, even if found innocent should be telling enough. Creating a Kill List which included Americans on it, shows that due process is not part of his vocabulary.

Should he and Bush be shot for treason? I don't think so, though sometimes I feel differently. We need to forgive these psychopaths and their bosses. We need to love them as ourselves and to wish for them everything that they desire. Only by doing this can we ever heal the world.
