   put the eggs in cold water in the pan bring to a boil over med high heat.  Once you have a good rolling boil, remove the pot from the burner and cover tightly with a lid.  Allow your eggs to sit and steam for 15 minutes or so and they will be much easier to peel and will cook perfectly.  Also, use older eggs for hard boiling over fresher ones.

   Simply add a pinch of common table salt in cold water. Put eggs in cold water and keep them on simmer and cover lid till eggs boil.

   I just run the eggs under cold running water after you boil them and then peel it. The cold water makes it easier to peel, that is what I do with my boiled eggs.

   Add about 1/4 teas. baking soda to your water then boil them for 5 minutes and then run them under cold water.  They will peel easily.

   Boil eggs in a pot if water until the egg starts to show lines of ceacks. Remove eggs to cold water abd let it sit five or ten min. Crack them. Easy to peel

   This took me eight times to get it right for hard-boiled eggs. Boil the eggs for about 12 minutes, cover for ten minutes, and let it cool for five minutes. You should be able to peel it perfectly. It's all in the timing.

   I heard that if you put the boiled eggs, in cold water and let them sit for a few minutes they will be easy to peel.

    After they have boiled in the pot for the correct time, I plunge them into cold water and crack the shell.
