   By the way...there is a difference between the two! I'm 100% coke all the way

   I actually used to like Coke best, then for a while Pepsi, but these days do not drink either due to the high sugar content, and the carcinogenic affects of the sweeteners in the diet versions.
   
   Die of type 2 diabetes or cancer, not a great choice! You should be drinking green tea or Almond milk etc. instead

      I agree soda's in general aren't the greatest of drinks to drink, it's something you should consume in moderation. Thanks for your comment.

      Pepsi is much sweeter, one of the reasons I prefer Coke more.

   If I had to chose it would be coke! I don't drink pop really anymore other then if I have a drink I need to mix with but def coke over pepsi

      Especially if you're mixing it, I'd rather Coke, alcohol can already be kind of sweet, and to add even more sweetness with Pepsi -_- I need the bubbly goodness of Coke!

      If you're drinking it consistently, yes, that stuff will eat your insides, but once in a while, I give in, a can of Coke just tastes so darn good! Can't help myself sometimes

   If they are both the same price I will buy Coke. Pepsi taste a little too sweet for me and Coke has more of a "bite" to it.
   I actually prefer Sprite over Coke and Pepsi.

      Even if the Coke's priced a bit more, I would still buy it over Pepsi, and I agree with the sweetness thing, I love that bubbly 'bite' that Coke has. In general, I prefer Coke products over Pepsi, so I agree, Sprite > 7UP

   Pepsi. I find that it has a less 'sharp' taste than coke, if that even makes sense. Plus, I've always liked that Pepsi's bottle designs use blue, rather than red. It's a silly reason, I know, but blue is my favorite color and when the label had ice in the background it made it look extra refreshing.
   
   However, I will say that it's harder to tell the difference than some might think. My wife and I took the blind taste test challenge and discovered it largely depends on which one you taste first. You're more likely to assume the first one you taste is Coke. My wife, a longtime Pepsi fan, from a Coke family, was certain she could tell the difference. But she got it wrong. I got it right, but just like her, I identified the first one I tasted as Coke. It's a fun challenge for anyone who has ever been on one side of the debate.

      I think the 'sharp' taste you're referring to is the intensity of the carbonation, which I love in Coke! That's interesting... I've always thought I'd be able to tell the difference if I took part in the taste test challenge. Thanks for sharing!

    I never drink them at all after I learnt how much sugar and high calories they contain.
