   Specifically regarding fruit trees: What kind of fruit tree would you plant that would provide the most nutritious fruit? What kind of nutritious fruit trees are the easiest and fastest to grow? What nutritious fruit tree provides the most fruit?

   Depending on where one resides will change this significantly. Keep in mind some of the most nutritious fruits or power fruits do not grow on trees; examples include tomatoes, pumpkins... They are rated highest. However, regarding trees, in Florida for both abundance/productivity and nutrition, I would plant citrus, blood orange, red grapefruit or even naval orange.

   Since "the original man" (Genesis 1:29) are told every seed bearing berry, fruit, grain, nut and vegetable which the seed produces the plant is for man's meat [food] there is not likely any one fruit with "more Nutrition" than any other.  The value of the nutrition is determined by what one's body lacks which one to be in tuned with their body as to determine what it need at any meantime.  Had civilized man maintained that as their food standard rather than liking [good] some and disliking other [evil] others we would not age nor have  diseases.

   Keep in mind a nutritious fruit (or food) in one country may not be as healthy in the country importing it because of agricultural laws. For example, all produce imported into the USA are eradicated. The eradication process removes not only harmful insects but also removes the organic, healthful components of the fruits, vegetables and herbs.
