My statistics page is not loading. Any help there?

    My statistics page is not loading. Any help there?

    Since 3 days, I am experiencing this problem. When I click "My Account" to view stats, the page is not loading at all.  I am trying daily since then, 4 or 5 times at different periods, but it is not loading.
    It does not happen with other sites. Even, I can view everything and post articles and comments. But, I can't view the stats. What a pity!!!

    I just checked and stats are loading.
    It sounds like there may be an issue with your browser, computer, or ISP.

    You can try these general trouble shooting steps.
    1. Clear your browser cache
    2. Check for any install any browser or OS updates.
    3. Reboot your computer.
    4. Reset any network hardware (cable modems, DSL devices, routers, switches, etc)
    5. Try another browser like Firefox, Chrome, or Opera.

    If you are still having problems after, those steps, please include a screen shot as well as the OS, browser, browser version, and the steps you tried via email to team@hubpages.com

    Thanks a lot for your reply and solving my problem. I followed all your instructions and now it is working.
    I am using Windows XP with Chrome browser and some updates were not installed since 3 days. I have auto updates on. But why it kept pending, I don't know. I cleared all my cache and history 2, 3 times but it didn't work. Then, I checked all my settings and found them okay.
    All other sites were functioning normal and even I could open the hubs and comment on them and viewed my earnings also. The problem was only with statistics. The stats page was not loading all these 2 days even after many tries.
    As a last  try, I checked for the updates by clicking about Google Chrome button in settings and found there were some updates pending since 2 days. I clicked update and then relaunch buttons and now the stats page got loaded automatically after relaunch.
    So, many many thanks for the tips.
