Is Mrs. Clinton entitled to expect a presidential pardon for her mishandling/labeling of classified?

It seems clear now that Mrs. Clinton didn't take seriously the briefing she was given prior to serving as our Secretary of State on the proper handling of sensitive information affecting the security of the United States of America.  The penalties for failing to do so are set in law.  If convicted, is she entitled to a presidential pardon from outgoing President Obama?
If she is, what about pardons for others convicted of that crime, and would that somehow diminish the seriousness of such crimes?

At first, I didn't think she was going anywhere, but I heard that Obama is going to throw her under the bus and that Biden will step in and start running.  Supposedly he is running a silent campaign.

If I remember correctly, there was some sort of time frame VP Biden was to have met in order to run.  Am I mistaken?  Didn't that timeline already pass?

Perhaps it did.  I heard this a while ago.  So you might be right.

If the Justice Department doesn't move to prosecute her, she will remain the consummate liar who gets away with everything. If by some miracle she is held accountable, I wouldn't be surprised to see her pardoned. The Clinton's are Teflon. Frankly, if Hillary is indicted and convicted, I would love to see her do time. That would send quite a message to Washington.

I think it really will come down to if any of the classified documents were marked "classified" at the time. So far the only thing I've heard is the government (now) considers them too classified to reveal.
It's almost like someone telling you something and then after you reveal it to someone else they come back and say; "It's a secret".
If the information was not classified at the time will determine things.
Having said that I don't think Democrats care about this investigation at all! It seems only Hilary's rivals are concerned with this. The same holds true for Ted Cruz being born in Canada or Donald Trump having espoused non-conservative stances on abortion, healthcare, and befriending the Clintons.
Ultimately people are going to vote along party lines and for the people they like regardless of scandals, innuendos, or political flip flops. Both Democrats and Republicans are wasting their time trying to (choose) their opposition candidate to run against.
Donald Trump said he could shoot someone on 5th Ave and not lose his support! If Hilary Clinton does not win the Democrat nomination it won't be because of her emails or due to Republican wishes.
Bernie Sanders will have to defeat Clinton like Obama did.
The average person is more concerned with jobs, housing, healthcare, and taking care of their household.
This year especially it will take more than just "hating someone" or embroiling them in legal battles to defeat them.
One has to (win over voters) with their plans.

I don't believe Mrs. Clinton has anything to worry about nor will she require a Presidential pardon. While the FBI can present their evidence and make recommendations only the Justice Department can bring charges and prosecute......and that, with what is at stake here for the Democrats, is not going to happen. Her defence, being championed by herself and her supporters, is that none of the documents were "marked" top secret at the time she was sending and receiving them.  This will be her "get out of jail free card".
The fact that as Secretary of State she is suppose to be familiar with "top secret" information, whether it is stamped and designated or not, appears to be nothing more than "an inconvenient truth" to  Mrs. Clinton and her supporters.
On the other side we have someone like Donald Trump who has no idea how our system of government actually works. The fact that his foreign policy experience  is very close to zero is another "inconvenient truth" that he doesn't want to be reminded of.  He continues making pronouncements that are, at best, confusing and puzzling and at worst insulting and divisive.
These two egotistical, arrogant, obscenely wealthy, and spoiled brats are the best we could come up with?.........Lord help us!

The  people who are responsible for forcing the likes of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump on all of us should be held accountable and punished for their actions. Unfortunately it is a little difficult....... kicking your own backside!!
There is a famous quote that goes something like... "you tend to get the government you deserve"!

    Entitled NO
    Possible Yes
Unfortunately, even if she was a convicted Felon she could still run for the presidency, as there is no clear law preventing it.
It seems that her loyal fans would vote her into the presidency even if she were a felon. She wouldn't be able to vote in her own election, or any election but there are 5.6 million felons that couldn't vote either.

There must be some sort of prison facility in the White House where she could live while being president.

She has committed several crimes, far worse than what David Petraeus was kicked out of his military position for.
    1. Intentionally violating handling procedures for Top Secret information
    2. Telling others to violate handling procedures for Top Secret information
    3. Putting the data on an unprotected server, which is separate from the crime of moving it from classified to unclassified systems
    4. Potentially using data from classified systems on international negotiations and plans to solicit donations to the Clinton Foundation (bribery or paid for spying)

Clinton ALREADY RECEIVED a presidential pardon in that regard when President Obama ENDORSED her for president.  Case closed, N-E-X-T!
