   No.  God's capacity for forgiveness is not like ours.  His is infinite.  As long as you are alive He will forgive you.  But if you die, then that is another story.

   If it is so then how can He be the God? And if it so then how can be our faith on Him is reliable?
   
   Actually the beauty of asking forgiveness is no turning back towards the sins for which it is sought. That is why forgiveness is also a kind of repentance.
   
   If a person indulges in a sinful act and then ask forgivenes, God is Merciful that person will be forgiven but that evil act leaves a scar on his heart and that engulfs the whole heart over the period of time if he doesn't desist from knowingly committing sins. The heart becomes quite rigid to admonitions and eventually it turn out to be "hard-hearted". In such a case the life becomes insensitive and the heart void of understanding.
   
   I think a feeling of "God being tired of forgiving" is His blessing in actual sense as it helps us refrain from sins.
   Our Creator is Merciful, He not only forgives but train our mind with a mixed feelings of love and hope to be stable and pious. Thus it make us strong enough to stand for virtues and refrain from sinful acts.
   
   I am of the belief that one should be cautious enough in forming an opinion about God, as He is with us the way we think of Him.

   If you keep doing it, and it is serious, you haven't reformed, so no.
   For example, Biblical forgiveness requires:
   * you stop committing the act like theft, beating your wife
   * you seek recompense like paying back what was stolen, pay blood money to victim's family
   * then and only then do they have the option to forgive - and then it isn't mandatory for them, only recommended
   
   This means the modern "just let go of the anger and forgive, don't punish them" is wrong. They have to stop doing it first to be forgiven, and your decision to forgive does not mean not punishing. In fact, they must face justice for forgiveness to happen - and the same is true for those doing immoral acts before God, too.
   
   Otherwise, a mass murderer can both say they are right with God for seeking forgiveness and try to argue he shouldn't be put to death.

      Christians are encouraged to let go of anger and forgive, and leave it to God to execute justice.  It is written in the NT that if someone harms you hundreds of times, then you forgive them hundreds of times.  Or else you won't be forgiven.

   No, but perhaps He can sometimes get disappointed. When He knows that we know where the problem lies, and still repeat it over and over again. Truly speaking, He is extremely patient, and again, His sense of time is different from ours, because He lives in Eternity.
   
   However, your own Soul can sometimes feel disgusted, and may punish you in different ways. This applies to many of us, and I'm also fighting my own battles. Ultimately we will conquer, but the problem for some can take lifetimes, yet alone years to resolve. Nice question.

   Bible teaches that Jesus died ONCE for all SIN, that His blood cleanses us of all sin. God's punishment of sin was on the cross so we who put our faith in Jesus Christ and the finished work of the cross will never know that punishment. All our sins have been (past tense continuing into eternity) forgiven. We don't confess our sins to be forgiven, we confess our sins because we ARE forgiven, once and for all time. That's grace! If we confess to be forgiven you would need to crucify Jesus every time you wanted forgiveness or atonement.
   But what God is really tired of is people not accepting and believing that their sins are forgiven.
   He just wants to LOVE you. Read Romans 8:38,39
