Are there cures for diseases like cancer, diabetes, and aids?

These are big money makers for the drug companies, do you feel they are with holding a cure to benefit from medicine costs.

That's a hard nut to crack. I am not so sure about these drug company. The only people I've heard and seen completely healed from such are those who profess strong faith in God.

Hm, and what about all of the people who profess a strong faith in God and aren't completely healed? What makes the ones that are so special and why would God choose some but not others?

I've heard the conspiracy theory before, and no, they aren't withholding a cure for AIDS, because people already pay $200,000 to be cured of hepatitis C, and they'd pay just as much or more to be cured of AIDS and eliminate the debilitating side effects of the drug regimens.
The closest thing to a cure for type 2 diabetes is losing enough weight that the pancreas can make insulin and respond to blood sugar properly; ironically, gastric sleeve stomach surgery seems to do that for most patients.
There are treatments for cancer like chemotherapy. There is no simple cure, though lifestyle changes to reduce the risk are already known. Don't smoke tobacco or cannabis or breathe in smoke from an indoor cooking fire. Don't drink so much alcohol you damage the liver or get hepatitis.

I don't know but I can tell you that if I or anyone in my family was diagnosed with cancer, we would drop everything and move to a state that can offer Cannabis Oil as treatment. I just keep going back to Charlotte and what this Oil has done for her. She went from over 75 seizures a day to under 10. This story, among many others of successful treatment is enough for me to believe in this, if not cure, method of treatment.

No, that would be stupid.  Treatments for diseases like cancer might make them money in the short-term, but a dead person is guaranteed to not need any drugs in the future.  It would be more profitable for drug companies to have more customers who lived longer.  They would also be making a ton of money from the cure as well, it's not as though cancer will just disappear immediately once a cure is found.  People will still get cancer and those people will pay for the cure just as they would have paid for other treatments.  Even if they found a vaccine to completely prevent it, well, guess what?  They make money from that, too!

The medical community has been wrong about so many things, especially about diet, and what makes people fat, or susceptible to disease.

I would suggest that at best the cures are on the back burner while the money is on the front burner.

That is more time and effort is spent on developing treatments rather than cures, as it makes sense for a for profit business.

It is like the old joke of looking for lost car keys under that street lamp because the light is better, instead of looking for the keys where they might actually have been lost.

    The money is the light.

The thing that is overlooked when people denounce something as a conspiracy theory is that all those theories have elements of truth and fact. It is like throwing out the baby with the bath water.

Surgery, radiation, and drugs are not the cures for these diseases, but they are treatments that have some success. We have made great strides in surgery, not so much with radiation, and drugs.

Only the people that have developed a cure actually know about it, that is if in fact there is a cure.
