Don't you think that the gov is using the Apple unlock to shirk the constitution?
The gov created the Patriot act during a vulnerability and fear caused by 911 to sidestep the constitution. The Patriot Act would have been tolerable during a declared war such as WWII, but there was not declaration of war, as provided under the constitution on 911.
Now the gov wants to use that same fear to go around the constitution once again.
The NSA is already stomping hard on the 4th amendment, and this Apple Unlock is more like opening up Pandora's Box and violating the 4th amendment.
This gov request affects 100% of the people while looking for 0.0000000001% or less of the bad guys.
