   Unfortunately, probably Trump solely because he doesn't pussyfoot around when he talks.
   
   Of course, that's mainly because he quite literally has no idea what he talks about half the time. If you say random stuff enough times with enough conviction, people will rally.

   Trump has a lot of attributes, both positive & negative.  IMHO, without getting in to listing these things, since it's all a matter of opinion, I don't feel "Charisma" is one that Trump can rightfully claim.
   
   Obama on the other hand is almost "Charisma in the flesh."  Take a good look at his reign as POTUS and then try to convince me that it wasn't pure, unadulterated "Charisma" that got him elected to two terms.
   This is the way I see it!  Interesting question.

   Scott Adams, the creator of Dilbert, has written on this at length that Trump has mastered the art of persuasion. That he taps perfectly into a large demographic base that both the democrats and republicans ignore or downright hate (working class, of all races, losing jobs to illegal immigrants and outsourcing) is only a plus.
   Obama had the advantages of:
   * press fawning over him because they wanted to make history supporting a black President, regardless of his actual quality, so they never reported anything bad about him
   * he had so little history in politics there wasn't a scandal except the lack of experience and information about him

   Trump has the advantage because his speaking style shows passion and caring for this country and the people. President Obama lacks that passion, and his deeds indicate that he cares more about aliens, than citizens.
   
   Trump has succeeded in accomplishing more things that has Obama, and that makes his speeches seem more realistic as far as expectation of their success. Obama has failed so many times, one doesn't expect his words to make it to fulfillment of even their intentions, much less their deeds.

      It means Obama is an international leader while Trump is national for his nationalistic approach. But has Obama not worked for the people of America?

      International Leader by name and not by deed.
      He has sat by while ISIS took geography. N Korea and Iran are perfecting nuclear weapons. He has disrespected Israel. The Middle East is in turmoil, the Russians are buzzing of Navy??
