I will do it by example.

Loyal political party voter, and congress comprised of two political parties with both parties going in the opposite direction of each other.

Actually, we don't need to describe it. The people that engage in such behavior speak for themselves and make it obvious with their words and actions.
Anyone signing the boycott list for Target for standing up for public bathroom use is self-defined as stupid and asinine.
These people are admitting that they are un-educated bigots who do not understand human rights and they are afraid of their own shadows.
Next week it will be something new to be stupid and asinine about - stay tuned!

A person who is woefully clueless.  A person without the modicum of even instinctual intelligence.  A person w/foot & mouth disease who habitually makes a faux pas.  A person who really is mindless in his/her approach to life.  A person who is at the automaton level, even below.  A person who does & says things that are beyond description but in a very negative sense.  A person who does not have a mature sense of reasoning & cognizance.

A person who does things because that is how things were always done.  A person who does not question anything but is blindly obedient.  A person who is not an evolved, even an independent thinker.  A person who always does things by the book.  A person who lets his/her emotions rule/guide him/her instead of his/her intellect.  A person who acts irresponsibly.

A person who acts rash.  A person who continuously throws caution to the wind.  A person who is habitually reckless & engages in unsafe behaviors.  A person who does detrimental things & wonders why the outcome is always negative.  A person who rationalizes negative, even horrific situations as normative, even beneficial.
