Do you all think after giving so much time effort n hard ship to your work your are not rewarded
Sometimes I really get pissed of .. thinking a lot that after giving our soul and heart to the organisation the owners behaves as if they don't really care for us and infact promot and reaward somebody else's
If you people also have some nice suggestions so that I can keep my self active keep my work going as I really in a stage were I'm getting suppressed of this situation
The best advice I was given was to promote yourself in your workplace. What I mean by that is “you” need to make sure that if you are doing a good job that your superiors know it. Many times we forget that our bosses are not always looking at you every second of the day as they have their own issues. The person sitting next to you that you may call the kiss up. Well he may not actually be a kiss up. He may just make sure that whatever little he contributes to the firm gets noticed. So he will visit the boss in the office, go out for drinks, etc. Also, if you are an introvert you may need to work on sometimes playing the extrovert. Gone are the days where you can just come into work and do a good job. Back in the days if you did a good job but where not much of a talker they would say, “Hey look at Amruth, he is not much of a socializer but he is a hard working good salt of the earth guy.” Today you would be referred to as not fitting the corporate culture. So, if you feel you are getting passed by, then in this new world of “fitting in the corporate culture” you have a choice (1) Continue with your current trend of doing good work (maybe even better than your colleagues) and getting unnoticed. Or do a bit less work and a bit more corporate socializing. This can also help you work on networking skills and social skills if your job has a lot of client contact.
My best advice would be to separate your paid work and your creative work. When you're at the place where they pay you, just do the work and let it go. Put your real energies into your dream of your own brand and your recipes. Be careful not to do anything of your own at your paid employment. I don't know what it's like in your industry but in a lot of industries if you do anything on company time it belongs to the company.
You might want to consider getting a YouTube channel and make some videos of you making your special recipes. They're fairly easy to make, everything has a video camera attached to it these days, and you can edit it in MovieMaker (if you have a Windows computer). MovieMaker is free but you have to download it with Windows Essentials these days. Then you can write your hubs about the recipes and add a link to the YouTube video. I do that with my Excel tutorials. It's easy and fun. Good luck.
Thank-you it's nice that you understood me with out knowing much about me but I cannot leave my job as there are investment n financial planning done me the only working hand in my family is me bit I am really trying to create something different
I'm sorry, I didn't mean for you to quit your job, just treat it like the job that it is and get your personal satisfaction from your creative work that isn't currently paying you. Don't get discouraged and don't give up. Good Luck...

Why do so many Americans hate America? And if they hate it so much why don't they just leave? One thing that really bothers me is the way some Americans seem to hate everything about America. I'd just like to ask them: "If you hate everything about the country you live in then why are you...

Originally the Question was "Someone just gave you a thousand dollars, how would you spend it", but the answers lacked a bit of inspiration, it was brought to my attention that $1000.00 isn't inspirational...most would use it to pay bills, etc. so think bigger...how much money would...

Just as a point of discussion . . . We frequently hear phrases like; `he's lowering the child poverty rates. ' or "he's lifting children out of poverty," used as evidence of accomplishment, (I wanted to add real to that. but, no), by the "He." I don't think that is accurate. I...
