    Does changing shampoos often result in damaged hair?

    I have heard this often. Many people say changing shampoos repeatedly cause hair damage. I would like to know your opinions. What do you think about this?

    Sakina, I don't think it does. Different shampoos have different affects on hair, but I don't know that it does damage. I switch every few months; I'm still looking for the perfect hair products.

    I think it is true that changing shampoos often can damage your hair because not all products are your for certain types of hair, so when you find the perfect shampoo for your hair it's good to stick with it.

      Nice answer Ruky23. Yeah, I think so too. I used Tresseme Anti Frizz to make my hair smooth. But it made my hair worse.
      Now I am using Dove Anti Hair Fall. Anyway, thanks for commenting. ☺
