   Name your favorite cartoon character and then

   I would have to type (because taking to the computer does nothing) Daffy Duck. Not the Loony Daffy from his early years. The later Daffy usually used as a foe to Bugs Bunny. The “your despicable” cartoons. This form of Daffy reminds me of Charlie Brown where everything he tries to do just ends up falling short. I would have typed Charlie Brown but he is more of a comic character than cartoon.
   
   Now to cheat the question I would have to type I remind myself of Daffy more than anyone else I know. How the anticipation in the planning inevitably leads to disappointment because nothing can live up to that dream. Also, there is THAT person whose success always seams easy and even unearned. You know those despicable people.

   Nothing against the Looney Tunes, but I grew up more with anime. By far my favorite character is Black Jack, from the series of the same name.
   
   I'm not sure I can relate him to anyone I personally know. That's kind of the reason I like him. He's not particularly like anyone I know.

   Olive Oyl,  from the Popeye cartoons. She was amusing, because she was a bit of a tramp, and people liked her. She had no figure, and was rather ugly by modern standards. She had Popeye and Brutus fighting over her, And nobody knew who the father of her baby, Sweet Pea was. It was rumored it was Whimpy's, the guy who begged for hamburgers.
   
   The only person she reminds me of, is this nasty girl wandering the streets of San Francisco in the 1970's.

      OO has gotten a bad rap for being very non- PC. The whole damsel in destress thing. But she is good for your heart and pairs well with vinegar
