   I don't think so.  You can tell now by Obama's recent actions that he is trying to set Trump up for failure or for a difficult time.

   Yesterday, All "INTELLIGENCE Agencies CONFIRMED the Obvious Fact" that Vladimr Putin & Russian Agents who are HOSTILE to the USA, played a significant role in "Trump's Pseudo Victory" even though the MAJORITY of Americans Despite the ESPIONAGE & Interference in FAVOR of Donald, VOTED Against him ~
   
   The Differences between Progressives & CONservatives are beginning to EMERGE for those who were not necessarily "PAYING Close Attention" ~ Within HOURs of the Republican Congress-Persons "SWEARING IN", they ATTEMPTED to GUT the very "Ethics DEPT" which is Designed to KEEP THEM HONEST" ~ Do I need to REPEAT that Again ?? ~ CONservatives are already CORRUPT to the MAXIMUM Level yet they tried to ELIMINATE any Checks on that CORRUPTION ~
   
   Moreover, Republican CON-Man Paul Ryan as we speak, is Attempting to DE-Fund Planned Parenthood which provides ESSENTIAL Medical Services to MILLIONs of Women, GUT ObamaCARE & Essentially MOVE BACKWARD in Time where the so called "FREE Market SYSTEM" & their Corporate Execs were EXCLUSIVE Guardians of your HEALTH ~ How did that work OUT ??  A CEO who is OBLIGED RAKE in as much MONEY as possible to appease WALL Street Billionaires at the expense of your HEALTH, would be in CHARGE ~
   
   Mr. Ryan is also PEDDLING his Scheme to CUT Medicare Benefits & PRIVATIZE Social Security both of which would DIRECTLY Benefit Wall Street & would ultimately LEAD to the Collapse of OUR Economy once again which might not be REVERSIBLE unless we Re-ENLIST an Economic Genius like President Obama to "FIX" the Disatser like he Miraculously "FIXED" George W BUSH's Enormous MISTAKEs which "MIRROR" the same Exact MISTAKEs Paul Ryan is PEDDLING to Trump right now ~
   
   I know there will be certain individuals who will try to CONTEST these FACTs & try to CONVINCE other readers that "TAKING Away" Vital Components is somehow a "GOOD Thing", but I would suggest U Evaluate their MOTIVEs very Closely ~ What Republican Paul Ryan's SCHEME calls for is STRIPPING Americans of their Benefits while Enacting another ROUND of "Corporate Welfare" in the form of MASSIVE Tax CUTs ~ In his Estimation, we can't afford OBAMACARE but we can afford a MASSIVE tax Cut for the Wealthy & BILLIONs for a useless Concrete WALL ~ SORRY, but U were CONNED Big League into VOTING Republican ~

   From Obama passing a massive number of last minute regulations to refusing briefings to publishing intelligence reports with no real information to undermine Trump's legitimacy to intentionally refusing to give lists of the most politically active employees upon request ... the answer is no, because Obama is trying to make the transition as difficult as possible.
