The U.S.Cannot "Legally" Deport Anyone. Did You Know Why?

All actions now being taken against so-called "illegals" are themselves illegal actions. Why? Because what constitutes the U.S. is primarily stolen property!  The law clearly states: "It is a crime to purchase or accept property that you know or believe was obtained through theft. " The gov. knows this land is stolen. Thus, they have no right of ownership. It follows that they have no say who lives on this land. The only authority they have is the authority of a thief. This is a case that can be won in court. The gov. must abide by the same laws as the citizen.

now that would be interesting....if someone actually took that to court. honestly, its a debate that needs to happen. i mean, i love the usa....it was truly the beacon of hope for my family only 3 generation ago. but, those whose land was stolen....can it still be ok, even though its centuries later? or does that make it even worse, that its gone on for centuries?
i know for fact, treaties were broken. i know for fact, people and animals were slaughtered.
i know the first nations are still here....omg!!! this debate really needs to happen.
we need to open all the floodgates....now, before its too late

Here's how it works: I go to your house and steal everything you've got, kill a couple of your kids, and your dog. Then I pass a bunch of laws after the fact making what I did illegal. I claim the law doesn't apply to me because it didn't exist.

I think a clever group of lawyers could at least get the ball rolling. White Americans are suffering as well as minorities. Until we confront and remedy the past, it will only get worse for everyone.

totally agree. and its not morality, religion or right and wrong! its scientific law of universe. every acton creates a re-action. the bad actions must be remedied to reverse the bad re-actions. simple!

Almost everything "Hair PLUGz Trump" has done throughout his PATHETIC ANTI-American PRO-Russia Life could be considered Illegal, Unlawful, CORRUPT or Shady, WHY should his BRIEF Illegitimate Tenure in OUR White House be any different ?? YES, "Deportation" of Human Beings living in the United States is Questionable at the very least and "Delusional Donald" is rapidly finding out via "Juris-Prudence Adjudication", that he and his NAZI Website Operators, "Kellyann CLOWN-Way", Half PINT Preibus & his entire GRIFTER Family do not have the Inherent RIGHT to DRAFT Executive ORDERs at will ~

In his brief chaotic tenure, "Delusional Donald" & his NEW Repugnantkin Cohorts have succeeded in Dramatically Degrading the United States & the WORLD ~ An Accomplishment which Vladimir Putin & any HOSTILE Terrorist Group would approve of ~ The GOOD News? The RESISTANCE Against him is GROWING by the Minute & all these Destructive, ANTI-American E-ORDERs he's gleefully signing will be deemed INVALID, Unenforceable & Nullified by OUR Courts as UNLAWFUL, Unconstitutional or Executed by a Mentally Incompetent Pseudo-President ~ Deportation, Banning Religious Groups, Mercury & Poison DUMPING in OUR Waterways, Excessive Carbon Pollution have all been AUTHORIZED by "Delusional Donald" and all have been REVERSED or should be REVERSED by OUR Courts ~

Thought provoking question! Is deportation illegal?  I'm sure there are a few savvy attorneys out there who could at least provide a good argument for that point. Someone needs to get on this and see what they can do. That would be interesting.

What happens if the courts do give the land back to the indigenous North Americans?  Do they also give South Africa back to the blacks? Australia back to the Aborigines? And what about Kuwait? It's actually an original part of the Iraqi land mass. Israel was taken from the Canannites by force as well. Unfortunately, this world and it's resources belong to whomever can take and hold onto it and as such no court in any of the respective countries will "give it back" to the previous occupants. Especially when, in the minds of the aggressors, their actions were "providence" driven. See, you're not only fighting the results of evil actions but gods apparent desire that certain races prevail over others.

Yes, it is illegal in America to possess or transfer stolen anything but you have to understand that America, it's constitution, courts and mindset are all predicated on the belief in Manifest Destiny through said providence, therefore, in the eyes of America's legal system, the land was not stolen but was in fact "theirs" to be claimed all along.

As history shows, the present confirms and the future will most likely prove once and for all, the only real way to "re-acquire" country-sized land masses is through direct military assault. So, as terrible as it is, authority is where you supplant it.

Many illegals are of Indigenous heritage.Allowing them to remain is a practical form of "giving back". Tyranny requires acceptance, and Americans have accepted it. Disobedience is the path to freedom. Even a God cannot exist without believers.

Your argument is moot. If you go back far enough in history, land was owned by many tribes and groups... so what? That is why through history, wars are fought over land and territory... and as a result, countries are formed with borders and immigration rules...going to the victor.
We Americans are the owners of America until another war.
We have a Constitution which all elected officials are sworn to obey and support and defend from foreign and domestic foe. Your statement put you contrary to our laws and makes you a foe.
