Let's try and avoid those petty insults from now on. They are beneath all of us.
Comey believed he was dismissed because of the Russia Investigation, because Trump said as much publicly, on national television.
Then, the day after the firing, on May 10, this is what he said to the Russians in the Oval Office:
“I just fired the head of the F.B.I. He was crazy, a real nut job,” Mr. Trump said, according to the document, which was read to The New York Times by an American official. “I faced great pressure because of Russia. That’s taken off.”
Comey leaked to keep the needed investigation going. When the government is potentially compromised, sometimes you need to go to the public for action.
An example of this is also Flynn. Acting Attorney General Sally Yates brings the fact that Flynn is being untruthful about his meeting with Kislyak to White House General Counsel. She is brought in the next day to go over it again. Three days later, she is fired, allegedly, because of the travel ban enforcement. But the timing does make you wonder.
Nothing happens with Flynn until The Washington Post reports on February 9th with nine sources that confirm Flynn lied about his meetings with Kislyak.
Four days later, The Post confirms the White House has known for weeks that Flynn lied. The next day he is finally fired.
Makes you wonder if someone didn't get the information to The Post, whether Flynn might still be a compromised part of this administration.
Still a big fat O going on investigation wise to Trump /Russia / Election Collusion , gentlemen . Name me someone in the top political sphere who hasn't shaken Putin's hand and I'll buy you the Mueller /Russian election /collusion ,Investigation book-set for Christmas .
Here is the problem with all of this, and by ALL of this I mean the whole Russia did it Scandal.
Of all the things that have been attributed to Clinton, or caught on tape, or reported in the news is a quote where she stated in regards to Trump potentially winning the election: "If that f - - - ing bastard wins, we all hang from nooses!"
I bring that up because we know just how clever Clinton and those around her are, from all we have learned about the Clinton Foundation, the Podesta Brothers, and just the fact that this group has been involved in D.C. politics for 30 some years means they know the ins and outs of every corrupt trick and every backdoor dealing.
Now what can they do to cover themselves, protect themselves, in the event they lose the election?
Set up those around Trump that are gullible enough and easy enough to manipulate? Get people around Trump like Manafort (who had past dealings with the Clintons and Podesta) who in turn can then be linked to this 'Russian collusion'.
Democrat leaders in Congress the DNC and the Obama and Clinton parties began working off the same script, and certain members of the media help them with it. Pound away at the Russian connection, never let up, and pound away at his being incompetent a dangerous eccentric personality capable of flying off the deep end at any moment.
That's what I see, that's what a lot of people see... politics, dirty, corrupt, lies and deceit, those who have spent decades in D.C. and have garnered hundreds of millions of dollars for themselves while they were there... protecting themselves, protecting the 'establishment' from the blustering belligerent outsider that threatens them all.
Ken ! Again , factual without B.S . you have done it again . Excellent diagnosis .
What you see is what millions of others see as well, and the #1 reason Trump managed to win the election in spite of being loud-mouthed, boorish and as far from PC as it is possible to get.
Now...will our vaunted "leaders" get the message or does it need repeated?
Based on their efforts to chase the 'Russian conspirators' down, and harass Google, Facebook, Twitter, over 'Russian hacks' and the continuous non-stop assaults in the media on Trump, on Guns, on Free Speech (for 'privileged' whites anyways) I would say they have chosen NOT to get the message.
Ignore the 'message' as best they can, while they work to eliminate free speech on the internet, ban all opposition on YouTube, and other 'free thinker' outlets, go after the guns, etc.
If you are unaware, there are thousands of well established accounts being banned, walled, or demonetized on YouTube. Black, White, Libertarian or Conservative, it doesn't matter, if the positions they take on issues is deemed inappropriate by the Southern Poverty Law Center (Soros funded and approved) which has been placed in a position of authority by Google (HQed in San Fran) to help oversee what is 'acceptable' and what is not on YouTube.
Just the beginning, fast forward 5 years from now, and I doubt will be able to discuss this openly like I am with you now, on any type of blog or forum or video site.... without some form of repercussions.
Trump doesn't change the problems any, the people behind all the issues are still there, and still working against America's future and American liberties and freedoms.
I conquer with that, that is what has been going on.
As for the spying on the Trump Team.... an Obama appointee Judge Tanya Chutkan has been removed from the Fusion GPS case and the case has been handed to Judge Richard de Leon.
Fusion GPS Co-Founder Glenn Simpson is now expect to voluntarily return to tell the truth before the House Intelligence Committee on Tuesday, in the ongoing Russia investigation. Might actually get to the bottom of that fake dossier.
* http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2017/11 … y-removed/
The next crusade of the American voter should be in congress and senate . Continuation of the swamp draining .
I just want to be clear with your line of thought here. Clinton, Obama, and the DNC orchestrated all the contacts between the Trump campaign and Russia?
Let me guess what happened next...Clinton then asked Russia to flood US social media with pro-Trump propaganda to help sell that lie. And then when her diabolical plan worked too well and she lost the election, she got the CIA, FBI, and NSA to confirm that Russia worked to help get Trump elected to taint his victory and set up a line for impeachment so she could swoop in and take command.
You far right-wingers are so brainwashed to only believe the things that Trump says that it's hardly worth it to engage with you any more. You wouldn't recognize a fact if it was presented with three scientific studies proving it as such, mostly because your party has also attempted to undermine scientists as well as the media.
Fox watchers, for the most part, detest watching other sources of political news. Mainly because Fox tells its viewers THEY are the only "fair and balanced" source worth watching. And the poor misguided right believes them.
You guys don't and probably will never get it! Conservatives are far more open minded to all media , more progressive in ideological and political accomplishment than liberals can ever even dream of . Look at liberals greatest achievements , food stamps , welfare , the incredible amount of federal beuracracy , Obama for instance , increased federal employee's by seventy thousand people .
Whatl failures .
Yeah, the federal workforce jumped 10% during Obama's presidency. It jumped 17% during Bush Jr.'s. Where was the outrage then? Oh yeah, one guy is black. I get it now.
Congratulations ! You managed to throw in the race card !You're one of the newest heroes of the new left !
What's next misogynist ?
Mature up dude , you're losing it .
Congratulations ! You managed to throw in the race card !You're one of the newest heroes of the new left !
What's next misogynist , bigot , Islamophobia ?
Mature up dude , you're losing it over there on the left .
Just noting your partisan outrage ignores all other facts prior to Obama. Why is that? If you can explain it, then we won't assume you're doing it out of racism.
NO , you who "assume " all opposition to Obama and his failures as first and foremost racism. That has been proven over and over again with the left from day one of his candidacy , but you know that , that's a very easy and well used paint brush for the left .
I was just thinking of "......prior to Obama ....."as a matter of fact ,.. The Clinton tag team and Somalia , Mogadishu Syria , Libya , need more , Kennedy Viet -Nam and the Bay of Pigs , how about ........Oh I won't embarrass you .
I'm sure it does the Clinton's .......Not!
Federal workforce under white guy goes up 17%. Nothing.
Federal workforce under black guy goes up 10%. Failure.
Why the two different standards?
And just how is it still racism for you , there's not one thing anyone here says ,except YOU ,that even implies or implied ANYTHING to do with skin color is there ?
People like you who are so ingrained in the race issue itself that you can't engage in any political discussion without the implication of such . Yes , that's it isn't it ?
Perhaps it's You that has skin color issues .You should be ashamed of yourself.
But will people like you ever learn ? I guess as long as you have the problem I shouldn't judge you , but take your racism to another thread please .
This is politics .
Valeant , Are you ready to return to the thread topic of Obama Spying on Trump or do we start a simple racist thread just for you ?
All evidence points to the people in the Obama administration and their offices blatantly broke federal law , WHILE IN OFFICE ,by incumbent government offices to involve their personnel in the spying on an opposing political candidate . They freakin' bought the dossier and then spread fake obstruction materials .
-Obama
-Clinton's
-Podesta
-Lynnch
-Comey
-DNC
-Brazzile
Mueller needs to get it moving and stop leaking .
I'm wondering why the two different standards is all. You can critique Obama and yet ignore his predecessor. Someone with an even keel might have said that the failures of the last two presidents to reduce the size of government and it's monetary woes are an issue for the United States. But your hatred of all things Obama leads one to wonder what motivations are behind the lack of even critique. Perhaps you should look in the mirror and either admit you didn't really research the issue of government workforce size increases deep enough or deal with the fact that the constant negativity towards Obama could be something else.
So lets be clear , I believe Obama was the worst performing , most expensive , least politically productive , most executive ordering , least legislatively leading , least border protecting , most racially divisive , antagonist of corporate America , least constitutionally adhering and bankrupting leader to ever come along in ......well forever . He charged more deficit to China than all previous presidents combined but hey ............
In other words , A political failure
None of which however ,has anything to do with his color.
So what's next after racist , conservative neanderthal ?
At least GW stood on a pile of twin tower debris and criticized and not praised our enemies .
I like how things are so generalized, we, you, them... as if politics were sports, and you were either a fan of one team or the other.
What about those people who recognize the failure of both parties and the political system (which is becoming the majority of informed and involved Americans)?
What about the people who feel that Bush was just as reprehensible a 'leader' as Obama?
When voters have no faith in either party to do the right thing, believing both sides to be corrupt and serving the interests of corporations and foreign nations, and NOT the people, how does that fit into the narrative then?
I would have gone with 'Confused Believer of Trump propaganda' actually.
Most executive ordering? Obama - 276. FDR - 3,728. Shoot, Obama isn't even in the top 15. Three of the previous four presidents eclipsed his total. Your perception doesn't really match the facts here.
Of the massive debt (not deficit) that the US added during Obama years ($9.1 Trillion), $3 Trillion would have been there because of previous programs already on the books. Factor in the necessary spending to stabilize the economy at the very beginning and then you've got the real figure. But considering the GOP in Congress held the majority and needed to sign off on any spending packages, you seem be very forgiving of their culpability. But I'd agree, he spent more than we could afford and some conservatism is needed.
I'd actually agree with you on the border, while corporate America deserved the backlash they got during his terms based on their fraudulent practices prior to his presidency. The public trust was eroded and they needed some accountability.
"A horse is a horse, of course, of course," and most importantly, "no one can talk to a horse, of course."
Ken, I think it's very clear that both political parties are guilty of betraying the American people, working against our economic and social interests, and lying to us. Different people have different ideas about which president is most guilty. Was it Bush and the wars in the Middle East? Was it Clinton repealing Glass-Steagall? Was it Nixon closing the gold window? Was it Johnson pursuing the Viet Nam War endlessly? Was it FDR's social and economic policies? Was it Wilson signing off on the Federal Reserve Act? Was it Lincoln's consolidation of federal power? Was it the government-created free-for-all banking system of the 1800s?
Welp, the reality is that it is the very nature of "government" (purists would make a distinction between government and "the State" and use the words "the State" here; there is a difference) to screw over the people at every opportunity, to enhance its own power at the expense of the people, and to be exclusively concerned with lining the pockets of elites at the expense of everyone else. "The State" (to use the correct term) is simply a very powerful gang of thugs and racketeers--so powerful that they can command "social" institutions (which are not social at all, but anti-social) such as media, public education, and the sciences (including the "social science" and "economics") to support them and enhance the State's prestige.
The essence of "Left" versus "Right" politics is that Leftists are Statists of a very deep dye. Rightists are, in essence, those who believe that the State's power should be very strictly limited. E.g., it should not be involved in, say, health care or education. In business matters, it should not be engaged in conferring monopolies and subsidies--picking winners and losers in the economy. Rightists are opposed to all forms of government over-reach.
If you are on the Left and are hence a Statist, it would be helpful for you to examine the basis of your beliefs. I would suggest reading Albert Jay Nock's "Our Enemy, the State" as a starting point. (It's a free download, if you look around a bit.) Those on the Right could also benefit from giving this a read, as it clears your sinuses.
Dear Ken, this is politics. Nixon paid a heavy price for such activities. Now Obama is gone and possibly this info will die down
There is no way a foreign government aided by Trump campaign advisors to overthrow an election will EVER be ignored. By now Trump supporters should realize why. All future elections depends on them being clean and free of foreign influence.
The players in the Trump Campaign advisory are guilty of allowing Russian assistance to take Hillary Clinton down. That is against ALL Constitutional voting rights.
Obama never spied on Trump in Trump Tower on 5th Avenue. Anyone who has EVER seen Trump Tower can tell you why. The front entrance on 5th Avenue might as well have constant camera surveillance for all of the people who can see who comes an goes in Trump Tower. There is only one other "private" entrance heavily guarded by Trump's meaty thug security. So, the only entrance to that would be anyone with clearance from Trump himself.
When you are a believer in being above the law, bringing in foreign influence into an American election may not seem to be a problem. When American voters have proof of this and the fact that several on Trump's appointed staff for his campaign met with Russians BEFORE the election at Trump's insistence, do explain why a slimeball like Trump and none of the 44 other presidents ever felt the need for Russian assistance to "win" an election.
As for Obama, Trump is a typical White Supremacist who can't stand the idea that Obama is loved and respected by Americans, our allies and is a toy for Kim Jung Un who has Trump's number.
Ewent, Good imagination. If Trump advisers were guilty of anything. They would have been charged by a special prosecutor. There has been NO proof of collusion. I would have to ask you if you know about the collusion of the Hillary campaign? It is an established fact that her campaign paid a foreign country for a bogus report used in a campaign. Now, if you were upset by those facts, it would make sense. I suggest reading the legal definition of collusion. And yes, facts are facts, Trump was wiretapped by the Obama administration.
https://www.investors.com/politics/edit … ard-nixon/
"All future elections depends on them being clean and free of foreign influence."
LOL You will NEVER see a presidential, and likely not a congressional seat election, that is "clean and free of foreign influence". Rest assured that if you can't find that influence it is still there.
"The players in the Trump Campaign advisory are guilty of allowing Russian assistance to take Hillary Clinton down."
Really? And what did those nasty Russians do that resulted in "taking Hillary Clinton down"? Post fake news on the internet (like to see you ban that!)? Because if so it is a good indication that would-be Clinton voters don't have the intelligence of a worm.
Huh? Fusion GPS is based in Washington, DC. They contracted out to Steele because of his knowledge of Russia.
Last I heard, accepting help from a foreign entity was a violation of campaign finance law. If members of the Trump campaign accepted such assistance, they broke the law.
Trump Jr. was in conversation with Assange, which has been made public through his online correspondence, in regards to the timing of certain leaks that were going to occur. That, in and of itself, is accepting help from a foreign entity.
Then it wasn't Russia at all, but just a simple Australian that did the damage to Clinton!
But did you consider that a Brit, playing on Trumps golf course there, added a dollar to his profits, some of which went into the campaign fund? Isn't that financial aid? Along with international buying from any company that any candidate has a share of stock in, and for the same reason - funneling money to that candidate?
Well there is plenty of proof that the Clintons are guilty of that, going all the way back to Bill's first run being illegally funded by China businessmen directly tied to their government.
Right up to the latest election where they received hundreds of millions in funneled 'donations' from Russian businesses and Saudi Royals.
While they may be investigating Trump, the evidence they are ignoring regarding the Clintons is Mt. Rushmore in size. Funny world we live in. But then there are many people who work hard to deceive and degrade the truth speakers. The corruption runs deep and unchecked.
Assange, an Australian, would still count as a foreign entity, no? Wikileaks, an international organization would as well, no? Seems like either way that it is still a violation of our laws. And this is before factoring in that Russia funneled the e-mails through Wikileaks, which is a well-known fact.
And are you really trying to compare someone who pays greens fees to play a round of golf with accepting stolen and hacked e-mails that damage the opposing candidate?
That's what I said; it was an Aussie, not the Russian government that made Clinton lose (although she says different, that she made mistakes that cost her the election).
"Last I heard, accepting help from a foreign entity was a violation of campaign finance law."
Don't know that I would consider digital data, or the release date of such, to be financial. But folding green, whether dollars or pounds, certainly is. Seems to me that that law concerns itself with financial help - contributions or cash or salable items - a lot more that it does with information.
You could certainly argue that in a court of law and see what they have to say about it. That kind of colluding certainly has a benefit to the person getting the information.
But you're pointing out that using a foreign newspaper for information is also illegal. Or foreign magazines, books, TV news or even govt. archives. ANY information garnered from a foreign source would be illegal. A BBC transmission mentioning the US, for instance.
I don't believe that is the intent of the campaign finance law.
That makes a good case, that Wikileaks is just a news agency reporting on material they have garnered.
The issue that arises is that the campaign changed the platform to ease back on Ukraine around the same time and was certainly encouraging Russia publicly to find the lost e-mails. The Ukraine position seems like a quid-pro-quo for releasing damaging e-mails pertaining to the opposition.
"The Ukraine position seems like a quid-pro-quo for releasing damaging e-mails pertaining to the opposition."
Uhh...no it doesn't. At least to anyone demanding more than a random coincidence in the time line. We've all seen this fallacy a million times: event B followed event A so obviously A caused B. And it's still a fallacy to make such a determination even after being declared true a million times.
I want to see the FISA warrant. Seems like that should clear everything up. The FBI seems remarkably reluctant to part with it. http://dailycaller.com/2017/12/11/how-c … -campaign/
The FISA warrant is open to view. Another distortion of facts? The only time a FISA warrant cannot be opened to the public is if it is part of a legal investigation. However, lawyers on both sides of any case have access to it. Next big Lie?
Isn't it amazing how Trump's "base" always deflects HIS guilt? He refuse to allow his financials to be transparent, tries to stop Comey from an investigation into Russian hackers who as Cozy Bear, Guccifer 2.0 and RT all hacked into DNC emails stolen by Russian hackers and then sold to that idiot ASSange at Wikileaks.
But let's worry about a FISA warrant, right? As everyone knows about FISA warrants they are specifically focused on foreign intelligence surveillance.
Let's all pretend that Trump has not tried every which way but loose to upend an investigation into election rigging.
It must really smart the butts of some Trump supporters who voted for a madman in the White House to face their responsibility for this lunatic. Everyone in the Metro area knew Trump was a tyrannical, eviscerating CEO of his so called Trump Organization. So what does he do to take the heat off? He demands control of the DOJ and an investigation into the Clinton Foundation. Anything to make himself look like Mommy Mary Ann's innocent little lamb.
And when Sessions comes up empty handed yet again on the Clinton Foundation? Can we force Trump to admit he and Putin colluded to rig our election?
Anyone who supports Trump has to be totally obtuse not to know anything he ever gets in his life is done by cheating. Over 4,000 lawsuits he paid his way out of prove that and numerous government fines.
Not to worry. He can't pay his way out of violations to our voting rights to clean elections. Trump is not above the law even though he is attempting to prove he is. Men like Trump go around swaggering, bullying and then crash. They find their dirty laundry right out there in the open.
Um.... The link I posted clearly states that "FBI Director Christopher Wray told lawmakers Thursday he could not “lawfully” give them access to a confidential warrant application for permission to surveil members of the Trump campaign...."
Further, "GOP Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio pressed Wray to turn over the FISA court application...."
Then, “I do not believe that I can legally and appropriately share a FISA court submission with this committee,” Wray responded. “When I sign FISA applications, which I have to do almost every day of the week, they are all covered with a ‘classified information’ cover.”
Maybe you can provide a link showing that Congress has been allowed to view the FISA warrant.
You may be correct in saying that lawyers on both sides have access to it. Got a link?
Ummmm...and your point which I already stated was the reason WHY is? Let me guess. Will you pull out the Bad Hillary card? The bad Bill Clinton Card? The bad Obama card? You do realize that Trump's lawyers WERE in fact deposed by Mueller?
First of all, if you really knew anything about FISA warrants you would know they are not handed out freely EVER. In the vain effort to absolve the worst white house occupant this country has ever seen, all Trump supporters do is try to ignore how many times he has been on the phone with Putin and publicly admitted it.
Why not any of the other world leaders? Oh. Right. Trump owes Putin's richest oligarchs billions and is about to go down for money laundering...a 2nd time in less than a decade.
Big Bad Hillary, Bill and Obama NEVER had any fine for money laundering. Why does your boy?
Which of Putins "oligarchs" does Trump owe, and how much? Copies of contracts would be helpful to promote belief in this crazy claim...
Who do you think has been convicted and fined for money laundering, and what was the fine? A link to court documents would be nice for this claim as well, again in order to promote belief.
Well, first of all, you do realize that Iskanka filmed a video from a hotel in Azerbajan where she was promoting the Trump hotel to be built in that country. No one does ANY business in Azerbajan unless they go through the Mammadov Crime Family. Or are you suggesting that Trump and Iskanka can do just as they please anywhere in Russia they want? Get real will you?
Then, there is Kislyak who has ties to that Russian oligarch Trump sold a Florida mansion to. Typical of stupid Trump, he thought he made over $900 million on that worthless mansion (it sustained hurricane damage and was loaded with black mold), formerly owned by Abraham Gosman when in reality all that Russian oligarch and bought by Trump for $40 million and then sold for $125 million to “The Russian” Dmitry Rybolovlev, a cardiologist-turned-potash-magnate (Russian newspapers called him “the Fertilizer King”) whose net worth was estimated in the financial press to be well north of $10 billion.
Then, there are the two unnamed Russian oligarchs through whom Trump borrowed that $100 million he gave to the RNC after he laundered it through Deutschebank in NY City.
Let's pretend this is all fake news and you can't go to Florida and get the legal documents to prove it. Let's pretend that Kislyak didn't have a suite in Trump Tower on 5th Avenue in NY for almost a decade or would you prefer the other Trump Tower Tenants tell you this to your face?
Who cares?
You certainly didn’t care what Hillary and the Clinton Foundation did all these years...did you?
What about what Obama did in his 8 years?
The IRS scandal, the EPA over reach? Solyndra solar slush funds...and the NSA spying...
Talk about bias. You can’t see the forest from the tree.
Trump is not perfect and as far as I am concerned, no one is except for Jesus.
He is doing right by me an American citizen and I am in full support of his agenda. If he does anything wrong, I will call him out on it. But this Russia collusion is only in the mind of democrats who lost an election and now wants a recount or a recall or an impeachment...
I care and so did 3.2 million Americans who voted for Hillary over and above the Trump popular vote. You don't care because like all power mongers who live in La La land, guys like you find it far easier to gloss over theft, lies and the kind of delusions of grandeur power lusters always need to fill that huge empty space in their brains.
Who cares? Enough Americans are ready to take it to the streets if Trump dares touch a single US Constitution Amendment.
Who cares? The Founding Fathers who wrote in the Bill of Rights that ALL men are created equal. Not just rich men who use their money as a power.
The Clinton Foundation has produced 33 years of tax records. Do you care that your boy refuses to provide his? Do you care that Trump promised very publicly to disclose his tax records and then produce on page? You would have to be the mostly politically naive person not to know why Trump colluded with the Russians.
He has done business with Russia for years. He appointed Michael Flynn who pleaded guilty to colluding with the Russians over the Russian sanctions. He appointed Manafort his campaign advisor and now because Manafort was also found guilty, your boy lies and says he doesn't "know" Manafort.
Do you men really think all you have to do is deny facts and truth and that, like Trump, you can FORCE the entire country to believe lies? Think again.
I don’t have to do anything. You on the hand have lost nothing in the one year of Trump. Name one rights that you personally lost? If anything, I predict you and millions of others have gained tremendoesly in your IRA and 401K...
It was a famous democrat who once said “ it’s the economy stupid”...
You can keep harping on Trump and his alleged crimes at your own peril... that is the classic definition of TDS. Have a great year!
You are correct about Trump. I never lose anything to a 71 year old who cannot get a single day in any week without lying constantly. But you cons go right ahead. You fit perfectly into the so called Trump base who have to always defend and apologize for a liar, a cheat and a sexual deviant.
By the way? How do you like his latest fun fun fun? So, as Bannon told author Wolff, Trump's lawyers paid "hundreds of women" to keep silent during 2016...now 2 of them come forward and both are porn stars.
Like that do you? When Stormy porn star was paid $130,000 and Trump's lawyer tried to deny it, he pointedly didn't dare as a lawyer to deny that $130,000, did he?
Wow...You and your con men all got conned by the US's biggest con artist. Speaks volumes of the level of intelligence of right wingers so easily duped by Trump.
So you want to haul out the "Clinton did it too" card? One problem..none of the women (read gold diggers looking for 10 seconds of fame) were porn stars. Sure does make all those salacious Trump brothel visits look more credible.
We did not get conned. We knew he was no saint.
It is ironic how you bring those up and ignored Clinton and Hollywood types.
Look, you can be against his policies but don’t drag someones personal life into a political discussion.
All though the impeachment process, we were told it was only about sex...
Now your side is making a big deal over a fake book and a fake dosier and a fake charges of racism...
Rush Limbaugh has it right. When the race card is pulled, you know they have lost their argument.
It is in the playbook. When a liberal losses an argument, the last thing is always about race.
I am sorry but it doesn’t fly. I am not a racist, and I would not support a racist, and Trump is not a racist.
Another glass of Kool Aid for you, Jack?
I'd like to point out that porn stars, paid for sex, are hookers. I can understand trying to hush that up. I don't know that it is as dastardly as being a playboy, leading women on and then denying a relationship.
William Binney, former head of the NSA, has shown that the download speeds of the supposed "hack" of the DNC demonstrate that it was not a hack at all, but an inside job. Data transfer speeds are compatible with a download to a thumb drive, and were far faster than would be possible over the internet. The "hack" story is total rubbish. The DNC refused to allow the FBI to examine its server, nor has the FBI ever been allowed to examine the server.
By "tries to stop Comey from investigating," I guess you mean the DNC's obstruction re allowing the FBI to examine the actual evidence.
Or maybe you mean Trump's firing of Comey due to his leaks--which have recently been revealed to be leaks of classified information. So.... Comey leaked classified information to news media. I kind of think this warrants firing the guy. (It actually warrants a prison sentence.)
The investigation of Trump's supposed "Russian ties" is revealing a mountain of evidence that the violation of voting rights and the public's right to clean elections was entirely on the part of Clinton and the FBI. The deeper they dig, the clearer this becomes.
While the FBI can obstruct the investigation in many ways, including refusing to allow Congress to access the FISA warrant, and the DNC can refuse to allow the FBI to access their server, and Clinton can delete her emails and destroy Blackberries and other devices...um...well, Clinton is dreaming if she thinks that all the information contained in all these devices and documents has not already been accessed (and stored) by hundreds of other players: foreign governments, the recipients of her emails, the NSA, corporations and individuals engaged in private espionage, and probably some middle school and high school kids.
I'm sad to have to inform you (well, not really) that this will all eventually come out. I think what we're really seeing with this apparently slow-moving and frustrating investigation is the gradual accumulation of massive and incontrovertible evidence of election-tampering, sedition, and treason within the FBI and other government agencies. It's already evident that quite a number of government personnel have committed acts that warrant a prison sentence. I'm okay with the wheels of justice continuing to "grind slowly and very fine" to take down the maximum number of people with the most incontrovertible evidence.
Which is exactly what I think is happening.
There is enough readily available evidence of criminal activity by Hillary and the Clinton Foundation to hang her several times over. Sheer, glaring, in-your-face criminality. Just for one relatively minor example: wiping your server with Bleach Bit AFTER its contents were subpoenaed. You know--destroying evidence. Uranium One would be another example, along with many other examples of accepting bribes from foreign governments in exchange for favors.
There is also a lot of evidence that points to the likelihood that Hillary was selling classified information to foreign governments. When you have an unsecured server, it pretty much goes without saying that everyone in the world has access to it, if they so desire--probably including a lot of middle school computer nerds. That way if some foreign government wants to pay you for certain classified information, you simply obtain it and put it up on your unsecured server. Huma Abedin even sent classified information via Yahoo! (Maybe some of Hillary's "clients" wanted faster, more convenient service.)
It's actually mind-blowing that Hillary isn't already in prison for several known crimes.
Um... Why what? Do you mean why would the FBI collude to subvert democratic elections to help Hillary secure the presidency?
Hillary has already explained this. "If Trump wins, we'll all hang from nooses." The desperation on the part of the FBI, Clinton, and others to withhold evidence is a pretty clear indication that said evidence would be...ahem...unfavorable to them.
WERE Trump's attorneys deposed by Mueller? Got a link? And if so please explain how this has any relevance to this discussion.
If the FISA warrant was not in fact obtained using unverified sources and information (and Comey has stated under oath that the Trump dossier was and still is unverified), and if there was substantive evidence justifying the FISA warrant, there is no reason for them to be bashful about producing it. It is curious that the FBI had to make three attempts to obtain the FISA warrant. It is clear that the FBI is withholding evidence because it would prove embarrassing--and more than likely incriminating--to them.
Re your statement, "Trump owes Putin's richest oligarchs billions," got a link?
Silly me for asking. You never have a link.
Ewent, I see that my reply to your last comment has disappeared. Did you complain to the admins that my request that you provide links for your allegations was abusive and hurt your feelings?
Oh! Now my reply has reappeared! I was about to go back and try to reconstruct it.
It appears that a four-page memo detailing extensive FISA court abuse was made available to the entire House of Representatives Thursday. "The contents of the memo are so explosive, says Journalist Sara Carter, that it could lead to the removal of senior officials in the FBI and the Department of Justice and the end of Robert Mueller's special counsel investigation."
Several Representatives have called for making the report public.
The article states, "An educated guess by anyone who's been paying attention for the last year leads to the obvious conclusion that the report reveals extensive abuse of power and highly illegal collusion between the Obama administration, the FBI, the DOJ and the Clinton Campaign against Donald Trump and his team during and after the 2016 presidential election."

A four-page memo written by Trump hack Devin Nunes and backed by Russian bots on social media. Are you a Russian bot Blueheron?
https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/russ … 15230.html
Not sure why you have labeled Devin Nunes a "Hack"? He has represented California's 22 district since 2003, they seem very satisfied with his performance? It's so unkind to just slander a person because you can... At any rate, It appears that the said four-page memo detailing extensive FISA court abuse was made available to the entire House of Representatives last Thursday. It has been widely reported contents of the memo are very condemning to many in the FBI as well as the DOJ. Journalist Sara Carter, speculates the memo could lead to the removal of senior officials in the FBI and the DOJ. It also could lead to end of Robert Mueller's investigation. It's odd that most liberals grab onto conjecture when it supports heir a belief. They grab onto any little bit of incomplete information, and the hysterics go into full gear. However, ware unable to something such as this comprehend this black and white written memo? Hopefully this memo will become public. Then what Valeant, then what?
I label Nunes a traitor. Why? He was one of the chairs of the investigation committee in the House who ran classified information to the White House to Trump. The co chair, Adam Schiff, didn't know Nunes planned to do that.
I don't care where Nunes is from. He has a memo that accuses the FBI of having a "secret meetings" when this little moron did the very same thing...held secret meetings with his GOP house members to plot how to stop Mueller's investigation. So, Nutso Nunes decided to get hold of more classified information and create a memo accusing and smearing the FBI. All to protect Trump and himself from being outed. How much of that $100 million donation Trump bragged he handed the RNC did Nunes get for his re-election campaign? You better hope he didn't get a single dime or that he didn't know that money was laundered from Russians.
Nunes was warned just yesterday by another member of his own party that his refusal to stop using classified information is a breach of National Security. But your boy thinks all he has to do is play that Trump ruthless act and he can do just as he pleases. Until the Ethics Committee sensors him and the FBI goes after him.
The stupidity of Nunes is that the 2 FBI agents he created that memo about have in the past also made negative statements about Hillary Clinton. But Nunes has to protect Trump doesn't he? Do you want to tell us why?
These are the various examples of Nunes being a Trump stooge (from Wiki).
In February 2017, Nunes, who served on the Trump transition team, was the first leading House Republican to deny that the intelligence community had evidence of contact between the Trump campaign and Russian operatives. He has rejected repeated calls for an investigation by a select committee, saying that the House will not engage in a "witch hunt" and that "at this point, there's nothing there". Nunes also rejected calls that he request Trump's tax returns.
At the request of a White House communications aide, Nunes spoke to a Wall Street Journal reporter to challenge a story about the Trump campaign's connections to Russia.
When Trump's national security adviser Michael T. Flynn resigned after it was revealed that he had misled the Trump administration about his communication with Russian officials, Nunes said he would not seek to investigate Flynn's ties to Russia. Nunes said, "From everything that I can see, his conversations with the Russian ambassador—he was doing this country a favor, and he should be thanked for it."
On March 22, 2017, during the House Intelligence Committee's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections, Nunes held a press conference to announce that he had received information that communications of members of Trump's transition team had been "incidentally collected" by the intelligence community. The communications had been obtained legally during foreign intelligence surveillance, but were not related to Russia. He added that the information was "widely disseminated" in the intelligence community, and later clarified that Trump associates were not necessarily participants in the intercepted conversations. Nunes was widely criticized for sharing this information with the media and the president before briefing his colleagues on the committee. According to Nunes, the intercepted communications came in November, December and January – after Trump won the election but before he was sworn in as president. Adam Schiff, the ranking Democrat on the committee, and House Democratic leadership called on Nunes to recuse himself from the investigation. He also received criticism from Republican Senators John McCain and Lindsey Graham. The latter compared Nunes's actions to those of the comically incompetent fictional character Inspector Clouseau.
In late March 2017, Nunes canceled a public hearing in which former acting Attorney General Sally Yates, former National Security Agency Director James Clapper, and former CIA Director John Brennan were to testify, saying that he wanted to hear FBI Director James Comey and National Security Agency Director Mike Rogers in a classified setting first. Democrats criticized Nunes's decision and said that he was trying protect the White House from damaging revelations.
On April 6, 2017, Nunes temporarily stepped aside from leading the Russia investigation while the Office of Congressional Ethics investigated whether he "made unauthorized disclosures of classified information, in violation of House Rules, law, regulations, or other standards of conduct" in his March press conference. He called the charges "entirely false and politically motivated".
On April 12, 2017, sources from both the Republican and Democratic parties said that the original documents Nunes cited do not support his claims that the Obama administration acted illegally or unusually.
As for Sara Carter, Fox News Contributor, of course she's going to say the memo confirms what Fox News has been trying to sell. Same with Congressmen Jordan, Geitz, and Nunes, are all Trump guys. Why not share the memo with the Department of Justice? If wrongs were committed, wouldn't that be the place to take it?
All you have listed is ridiculous. First all of anything you listed in regards to the Trump campaign having colluded with Russia in any fashion have in no respect been proven to be true. In fact there is no evidence of collusion or obstruction. As I said Liberal grab at conjecture, they just can't wait until this investigation is over. And as I said the memo needs to be made public. This is one time I will go out on a limb before we know the facts and predict. There are going to be arrests of those evolved. Some form the DOJ, and some from the FBI. Let's touch base when all of this come to fruition. Then we can discuss the lies, and the corruption with facts.
Focus. You asked for reasons why Nunes was a hack for Trump and I listed those. No one was talking about the reasons why we think the Trump campaign colluded.
As for the memo, it's a partisan piece written by known Trump backers. The reasons behind it are to undermine the FBI and the Mueller investigation. When the guilty know they are guilty, attack the credibility of those making the accusations.
Perhaps you should focus - I did not ask for reasons why you felt Nunes was a hack? I simply pointed out he has represented the 22 district of California since 2003, and hat they seeded satisfied with his performance. I also pointed out is is unkind to slander just because you can. I was kind in my synopsis of your post. Your opinion is based on incomplete information. A News report that gave a sentence here and a sentence there. Never providing a clear picture... In regards to attacking Credibility of those making the accusations. That's just what you did when you attack Nunes. The credibility of some in FIB and DOJ remains to be seen. I am not naming names or impugning anyone's reputation without facts. My true opinion is that Mueller will get to the truth on many issues, and I think many will have a very rude awakening. And yes heads will role, but it won't be the heads he bias media is insinuating in this mess. It will be those that caused it... Then all can stick their heads back under the carpet, and pretend they did not get caught up in all the hysteria.
So, one CA district is satisfied with Trump? And what about MO? VA? PA? Time to face facts. No American who is loyal to their country can call a man with a record of money laundering who paid a $25 million FinCEN fine can be "satisfied."
Everything about Trump centers around Russia. Why? He surrounds himself with ONLY Russian agents. Last week, he sneaked in 3 Russian agents, one of whom was found guilty of hacking into the DNC, Pentagon and Podesta's emails.
Now Nunes, a Trump stooge, is not even getting loyalty from his own voting district. When you have to hand walk classified documents so Trump can approve them in a federal investigation that is about election rigging by Russia, that smells. Time to admit it.
And, let's get another thing straight here. Trump has publicly stated his willingness to meet with Mueller. What's with the Trump double talk? He isn't "meeting" with Mueller. He is going to "testify." But let's all pretend that Trump's continuous attempts to shut down the Mueller investigation and his sudden desire to "meet" with Mueller isn't so Trump can show off his tyrannical power and threaten Mueller the minute Mueller asks Trump a question Trump knows has him nailed to the wall.
Not sure you are realize, President Trump has not been in any respect summoned to speak wit Mueller? He has not refused to speak with him, he claims to be cooperation with the investigation. He has stated over and over, he will let the investigation play out, and he also stated "It's a witch hunt". So far these are the facts. Guess we will all have to wait until the investigation is over to see if the president is guilty of anything. Maybe time to stop speculating, and rely on facts. There are none to be had so far on the Mueller investigation...
