   I think this is a no-brainer.  Without health, you can't enjoy wealth.  If you have trouble breathing, if you have aches and pains, if you have a debilitating disease, what difference does it make how much money or assets you have?

   I think the answer to this is obvious:  Health, of course!  If you are healthy you can work to become wealthy, if this is your wish.  If you are really unhealthy but you have plenty of money you might well be able to afford the best medicos.  But if they are able to cure you to the point where you are no longer deemed by them (and yourself more importantly) to be healthy, you are no longer unhealthy and therefore out of that category.
   
   But the chances of becoming wealthy and, at the same time, leading an enjoyable life, are far greater than if you are wealthy and endeavouring to get well.   I'd rather be slaving for a wage in a factory than sitting in a wheelchair all day.
   
   Of course, the best is to be both healthy, wealthy and WISE.   The last is very important.  If you are wise then the chances are you will remain both wealthy and healthy.   If you're not, "A fool and his money are soon parted," as they say.   And if you're not reasonably wise, then you'll let your health deteriorate.   So...without a reasonable modicum of wisdom, you could well end up both broke and unhealthy.

   I will definitly go with health. There is no wealth when one does not have good health. So one would invest some time for improving health, and you will automatically work on improving wealth.

   Health by far. You can have all of the money in the world, it still cannot buy you your health. Neither can it keep you from passing away. Money is temporary. Heaven is eternal.

         But wealth helps maintain health & can be used to pay for preventive measures against diseases & other forms of debilitation.  If one isn't wealthy, h/she can't properly maintain health & afford preventive measures. That is poor people are the UNHEALTHIEST while wealthy people are the HEALTHIEST.   Money can & does buy health!

            What the dip in US life expectancy is really about: inequality. Yes it is true the wealthy live longer than the poor.
            Is it fair to have the 1℅ live longer at the expense of most others?
            
            I perfer the middle ground lifestyle because the wealthy are less likely to be as happy or diversify intelligence. Or to be as Spiritual or to have trusting realationships.
            
            I would sacrifice for a more successful life in quality than a few years longer in a guilty unhappy life.
            
            Best solution if we trade between this inequality and make life overall better.

               Fairer and more realistic question: Is it fair to have the poor live longer at the expense of others?  Or, to rephrase, is it moral to forcibly take from one, at gunpoint if necessary, to give it to another?

                  The wealthy lives longer than even the middle class. It's the only thing they do better than others. Plus know their wines and count numbers. All I have in my life is what I give away. Wealthy take more and give you less continually. Unless the 99℅ stop the greedy dieses like bankers and many politicans, it only keeps getting worst.
                  
                  I don't understand your question unless your asking if the 99℅ of the people live longer the 1℅ Wealthy. I only ask more equal longer livers . Even if 99℅ could live a couple years longer and the wealthy live one or two years less, that is far far more than fair . Plus wealthy gain greater intellect, better relationships and spirit. I"m sure we can all live longer with logic and loving.
                  
                  We won't get rid of guns right away. Why do we need to use them when guns solves nothing anyways, like war. It's call ethics, f*ck most of those Religious morals who kill in the name of God.
                  
                  Learn more from each other cultures and love. We learn nothing from mafia Trump and his associate monopoly thieves and psychosist. When we Greatly reduce  policing for profit and US troops killing poor people. We will give us more to freedom and security,. It's  possible it will make America more decent again like the 60s and 70s plus benefits.
